We got there right as they opened. It was my wife’s second time here, my first. Really liked the atmosphere and Sierra took Great care of us. We had the cheese dip with our salsa and chips, the chips were the best we’ve had at a restaurant. We ordered Chile Colorado with red sauce on the side, and glad we put it on the side because it was delicious but spicy hot. We also met the owner, Adalid, who came over and greeted us, very friendly and a super cool guy. This is our new Mexican hotspot.

I enjoy the ambiance, However the quality of the food less than acceptable I ordered a Horchata water, I had to ask for a coke instead because it was terrible in taste. My favorite water is in Tapa at Jimmy’s Tacos. My Chicken fajitas were ok, no flavor whatsoever, the few chicken strip were on a large bed of onions and green peppers . The only good thing I ate was the homemade tortillas. We also ordered Shrimp quesadilla, it was disgustingly greasy. We had a Delicious beef quesadilla at La familia Mexican restaurant in Gainesville, FL this particular shrimp quesadilla was soaked in oil from the heavily loaded onions and green peppers. I barely saw any melted cheese. Our server Alfonso was fast and friendly, However I was disappointed that I requested my receipt 3 times before he finally handed to me, the server Alfonso came to the table with a handheld device, did Not Hand me a Receipt first, he charge my credit card, the rest of my party left as I waited for my receipt, 3 minutes went by still No Receipt. My friend finally said the server is chatting with the hostess at the front desk, so I got up went up to him to request my receipt, I don’t know if he forgot about it, or was trying to deceive me since we left a generous tip, I was charged $19 and some change for a large party fee. If you end up going Request they give a receipt before you hand your credit/debit card. I Never signed the receipt. The rest room was very filthy, considering that it was 4:00pm and hardly anyone was in the restaurant when we arrive. The service is fast. Also an empty glass of margarita behind me the whole time I was dinning, on top of like a wall shelf. I Will Not Be returning to this Mexican restaurant again. I do Not recommend it either.

This place has AMAZING FOOD AND AN EVEN BETTER ATMOSPHERE. We ended up here after so many other resturants in Pier Park were full and boy what a hidden gem. Food was reasonably priced, best chicken I think I have at a mexican restaurant, and theyvhad a LIVE MIRIACHI BAND! We ordered cheese dip for our chips, the mini chimis and the hawaiian fajita skillets!

The food was ok, chips were good salsa and guacamole were bland. I got the fajitas and the amount of onions was extreme, they also had a up charge for more tortillas, they only give you 3 to begin with. The sweat tea tasted like sugar water, it was very weak and not brewed well at all. Our server was missing most of the time so we ran out of chips and salsa. This place is ok, but definitely not a 4 star establishment.

The food is ok but nothing like home back in El Paso, Tx sure do miss home cooking , I miss Mexican food , the salsa here was again for the locals just plain tomato sauce not spicy at all chips were still greasy. I had what was supposed to be the chili Colorado but no where close to that mainly just onions, the rice and beans were good ,My table had other things like carnitas , they were ok also could be a little better , flautas we’re actually good and so was the burrito California. Restaurant was very clean and well done , service was great , was a good value for the money.

What a fantastic restaurant! Our experience all around was great. Our food was on point and our server Marco was friendly and courteous. He let us know he was new, but made sure to promptly follow up with all the questions we had about the menu. Their salsa it tasty and their chips always came out fresh. Ps. They did not skimp on the alcohol in my Margarita ;). This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Our family visited PCB and tried a few Mexican restaurants. San Marcos was by far our favorite!! I had the burrito Del Mar and it was delicious. The salsa was fresh, drinks good and our waiter was very personable and did a great job with my picky husband and kiddos. If we ever come back to PCB we will eat here again!!

The food was flavorful and aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere was classy and festive. It was very clean and well cared for. The best part of experience was how remarkably friendly and welcoming the staff was-from the greeter to our waiter (Rogers) to the cook staff that brought out our food-every staff encounter was pleasant. We observed them interacting with other guests as well and they just seem to be one of the most hospitable restaurants we’ve visited. They are located in the shopping area near Target at Pier Park. Handicap parking is easily assessable.
