Came in for my wife’s sister’s birthday got set up by a great waitress in the booth I ask to move to an she was very nice to move us without question. Drinks we’re perfect appetizers as well. We all got our food around the some time so it was nice eating together everything was prepared perfectly. The entire table cost wise was about three hundred that five full dinners two margarita pitchers two rounds of shots ,one long island ice tea, four bottles beer , one Blue MF and we we’re happy to pay the tab an tipped our wonderful waitress twenty an the bartender a twenty. We’re pretty sure it’s gunna become an recurring birthday celebration place for times to come.thank you Sam joes for the great time and experience!!!!!!

My best friend and I will not be going back to this place ever again because my entire order was all messed. I ordered 12 wings and half were supposed to be mild wings and other half was supposed to be lemon pepper wings and I only received 2 lemon pepper wings the rest was mild wings. We both ordered the Margarita’s Flight and she only wanted 2 of her drinks and I asked the waitress do I have to pay full price for her and she said yes which I don’t think that it’s fair to have to pay for all 3 of her drinks. The only thing was that was good was the margarita flight you got to choose three drinks. If I knew the corporate phone number I’ll definitely be calling in on them.

Server was very friendly. Restaurant wasn’t very busy. So we had our order quickly. I had a combination number 3 if I remember correctly. taco and 2 enchiladas with either rice or beans. Got the beans. Good cheese dip.

This place is an absolute hidden gem in Albany. The clean and friendly environment was warm, and welcoming. I could tell from the smells in the air that this was a genuine kitchen and not a basic experience. Plan to come again, sad I lived so close and missed out on such a classy joint.

3 of the 4 meals that we ordered were incorrect when we picked them up (which has never happened before, they always get our orders right). Liz was amazingly kind and helpful. She was very apologetic and had our order fixed immediately. She went above and beyond to correct the error in the best way possible with the least amount of inconvenience to us. She turned a negative experience into a positive one with her friendly demeanour and willingness to help. We very much appreciated her assistance and the other ladies that we spoke to on the phone. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to help us in the best way possible. Thank you to Liz and her team. Please know that you made our night and we sincerely appreciated your help and kindness.

Normally like this place. Was not impressed last time. Didn’t see my server for 30min after ordering. The place was empty which was nice, but the constant excuse of the kitchen being backed up and takes an hr to get food out, was not ok. Normally has good food and service, that was an off night for sure.
