We went for lunch at 1PM on a Monday. There were very few other diners. They waitress took our drink orders and vanished for 10 minutes. She took our orders and vanished again (we were her only customers). We had to ask the host for drink refills. We had to ask the host for our check, etc. When she presented our check, I asked for drink refills and she rolled her eyes at me. The food was good and the prices average, but the restaurant was very dark and not very inviting. We will not return.

Food is great, but the hours on Google and on the front door are inaccurate. Came at 9:40pm on a Friday night hoping to eat because everything says they close at 11pm, but when we walked in they said they close at 10pm. Not wanting to be rushed while we have dinner, we just left. It’s the little things that ruin a good place. I hate giving money to big chains, but this is why everyone goes to Chili’s.

I didn’t even wanna waste my time wrighting this but I ordered my diner ASP over an hour ago. By the time I got there, they never had mad the food and I had to wait another 30 min till I got it. I ask for a discount and all I got in return was “idk” an “ummmmm” was I I left. When I walked in there was one table filled with 4 people in the whole restaurant… How impressed I am with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

ATTENTION HEALTH INSPECTOR, please shut them down! My husband got a salad from you all last night, a chicken avocado salad for take out. Within an hour after eating it, he had to rush to the bathroom. He’s experienced vomiting, and diarrhea all night. You all need to check your time temperature controls and cross contamination. This facility needs to be shut down. You all are putting lives in danger. You all should be ashamed. Do not eat here!! This is a warning to the public!! Save yourselves!

We used to really like this place but seems everything has changed including the way food taste. My family was really disappointed with everything. My son and his gf said their quesadilla tasted like wet dog smell. Drinks tasted like it had window cleaner in it. My spicy chicken taco’s were not even somewhat spicy and tasted plane. It was good while it lasted but now I know why every other restaurant was pretty busy except this one. Gonna try to find another one that is good.

I asked for chicken, refried beans, black beans, cheese and lettuce. I got beef and rice and no refried beans. When I complained about it they just did not care at all. I ended up paying 12$ for something that was completely wrong and they didn’t attempt to fix the issue.
