The worst Samurai Sam’s I’ve ever had, I would never try this location ever again, the veggies and shrimp were mostly raw, they didn’t have any dark chicken and the chicken breast tasted off. To top it off the staff was standoffish and the atmosphere just felt gross. If the bowl wasn’t over $10 for the meal, I would have just tossed it, on the plus side hopefully it was healthier eating the veggies raw, just not what I’ve come to expect from Samurai Sam, try any other location

The economics of it don’t seem very sound. Poorly paid workers, no air conditioning inside. The sugary teriyaki sauce was added ontop of my dry steak and noodles, which were at best mediocre. There are better deals out there for customers. Not sure why they close at 4pm when rush hour is just getting started. Something isn’t quite right about this. Ignore the branding, it’s just miserable people making imitation Japanese food.

Never been here before. First time here and last. First and most important, TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a chicken breast teriyaki bowl with noodles, sauce on the side. They still put the sauce in there and it was overwhelmingly sweet. The egg roll it’s almost $3, not worth the price.

I discovered this place by purchasing a dining advantage food certificate. I didn’t expect it to be hidden in the cut, it’s a great place for local business men and woman. The customer service was great, and the restaurant was nice and clean. It didn’t take long for my food to come out, seemed pretty fresh and hot! The taste of the chicken alone was soooo yummy! I added extra teriyaki sauce to the chicken and rice and I like the fact it’s free. Some places I’ve gone to requires a fee for extra sauce.

I met owner before. Very nice guy!!!! Today I got my order sat down to eat. I notice something on my drink. I got a hold of it. I saw some type of dirt build up on my ice Didn’t look very pleasant. I told owners manager and said Pepsi guy worked on it today!!!!!!!! He blamed it on Pepsi guy Instead of taking matters on him by emptying dispenser and clean it. I sat here eating my food other customers still got ice and never said anything. No más samurai for me with this mess.

Most of the bad reviews here are very similar. Good food, but bad customer service. And “THAT” could not be further from the truth. I love the food here, but the customer service really stinks. The guy in the front who normally is at the cashier has an attitude of what the F do you want? He takes the orders wrong, lies when questioned about the food order and dislikes giving extra sauce when asked. The food and the cook in the back get five stars, but this guy makes it a 2. Providing good customer service brings customers back. I hope the owners are reading these reviews.
