The flavor was good, but the broth was lukewarm and the noodles didn’t taste fresh-made to me… The karaage was well marinated with a strong ginger flavor, but came in four large pieces with oil dripping from it. Other than that, authentic flavor and presentation. Food came out quick. A few suggestions for management: please change your plastic cups (putting my mouth on cracked gnawed cup was nasty), please play some sort of music (the lack of sound in general – no servers, bustle, or ambiance of any sort was odd).

The spicy super and super ramen are scrumptious! The toppings and meat are super fresh. The pork buns have a great savory flavor. Our waitress was willing to make recommendations and it’s a kid friendly restaurant. The reason I gave 4 stars is there was a hair in the cutlery I was given and the service was a bit slow.

Samurai Noodle was really good. I got the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen and I enjoyed it. The broth was flavorful and the pork was very soft and tasty. I went with someone who loves Ramen and they enjoyed it so much they came back the next day. We had a large group and the ramen was served really fast. The atmosphere is kind of low end but you are coming for the ramen.

This ramen place is great! I’m glad I decided to try it. My favorite ramen to get is the garlic shouyu ramen. The garlic in it adds such good flavor and makes it really delicious. The portions are big and filling, you could easily share. I also recommend trying their gyoza for an appetizer. The sauce with it is awesome.

I ordered the hataka tonkotsu ramen and takoyaki, and both were delicious! The pork in the tonkotsu melted in my mouth and the broth was rich and delicious, and surprisingly wasn’t super salty compared to other ramen places. The takoyaki stole the show in my opinion, and had decent size chunks of octopus that I greatly appreciated. The staff was pleasant and I got my order in a timely fashion , even though it was lunch rush and there were only 3 staff. I’ll be coming back 🙂

Came in around lunch time midweek, the place was half full and I was seated right away. I placed my order for a bowl of ramen and was served within 15 minutes – that was really fast and so it’s good. The food was well presented and taste very good too. The only thing that I didn’t like is that, the broth was just lukewarm and I’m tempted to have it reheated but was starving and have to go back to work for a 1pm meeting. This is my first time to try this place so I’ll give it another try and will probably ask to make sure that the broth be served piping hot. So we’ll see and hope they’ll be ok with that since I find the server very friendly anyway. The thing that I find interesting is that, you have an option to customize your ramen so I’m excited to go back and try that. Their noodles is made in-house so that’s a very good thing. The place is clean and well maintained. Parking is not an issue. I will update my review if things change on my next visit.

I have been here a few times and I will continue to keep coming back. This place is legit! They make their own noodles in house. The broth tastes amazing and there’s a good variety to choose from. Plus you can always add more toppings of whatever you want. I love that they have spam musubi on the menu. I highly recommend eating here. Maybe one day I will attempt the Mt. Fuji Challenge.
