It’s been a number of years since I’ve been to this mancinos. First impression was ….. Are they open ? Had the place to ourselves. The ordering process was made harder due to no prices on menu board. Odd. That done having ordered a calzone for myself and my lovely lady a little 4″ beef grinder. Not a clean table in the place. Expecting poor food. We were pleased to receive great food and done quickly. So if ya don’t want fancy dinning environment

So I’ll give this 5 stars for the food. The salads and calzones were great! Efficient waitstaff. The guy we ordered from could have been a bit more helpful. We were first timers in there and you order at the counter and, well a few descriptions on what was what when we asked questions would have smoothed out the ordering process. But I would not demote a place for that. The other employees zipped out our order as it came. A.bit of a diner feel. Food was nice surprise:-)

Stopped in for the first time and after placing an order for two subs and a salad, we were told the food would take 45 minutes. We didn’t realize a sub shop would have delays like that and we couldn’t wait , so we asked them to cancel our order. The person behind the counter said, “Oh, well your card shouldn’t get charged, but if it does, let me know.” No receipt, no further info – we were just supposed to find this person at a later date if our card did go through. The charge is pending already on our bank screen, so we’ll see if we end up getting charged and hopefully if we do, we’ll be able to find this person so we can get our money back for food we never received.

Brenda the owner or manager was very polite and helpful and heartwarming too. She didn’t rush you or anything. And we talk a little while she was slicing and making bread for the subs. I recommend you go down and see her and her staff very friendly and professional too. They all had smiles on there’s faces as well. Next time in the area I’ll be back there.

Their food is great for the most part and are mostly pretty nice and genuine people. I called in an order for delivery for my grandma and the rest of my family and the young guy I was on the phone with was quite rude and a bit snobby. He didn’t ask if we were paying cash or card so I had to call back and tell him I was paying with card and he was quite huffy with me and I didn’t exactly appreciate that. But overall good people other than this once.
