Came here with my wife for dinner this Friday. Great food, shrimp was unbelievable, Sam’s sauce is a new favorite. Place was clean staff, was super friendly. Definitely recommend.

I love this place for the fish and fries and coleslaw! Delicious! Service was great! It has 5 or 6 booths and service was from the owner today, very nice guy! Happy to bring us whatever we needed and great price for large amount off food!

My second visit to Sam’s in 3 weeks. First time the Jumbo Shrimp Dinner( excellent) Second visit Fish Po Boy one grilled, One fried also amazing. Grilled to perfection and lightly breaded. Also some of the best hush puppies I have ever had. So far the food has never been greasy and the service always great! Met the owner this visit… Great conversation and super friendly. Stop in and check out Sam’s.

Tried this place for the first time today. YUMMY!!! Shrimp was delicious, crab cakes were AWESOME!! Remy (since I can’t remember her real name) was so wonderful, very attentive & such an amazing waitress! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Already planning my next meal….which might be tomorrow!

Cashier was super nice!!! Food was absolutely delicious. Now as someone from the south I do have to say it’s not straight up traditional southern fare, but more of an adapted southern style. Catfish was firm and cooked perfectly the shrimp was delicious huge and perfect and the crab cakes also delectable

First time here and I was very happy with how hot, fresh, seasoned and crispy the fish and shrimp were! Hush puppies were flavorful and moist. The red beans and rice was very good as well. I’m so impressed and will be back. Thank you Sam!

Food is good, baby shrimp was a bit over cooked so chewy, fries, hush puppies and fried green tomatoes were amazing, fried pickles were a bit salty, my dad loved the crab cakes

This was our first time here. I had the 4 piece fried catfish dinner with hush puppies and red beans and rice. The other meal was 2 piece grilled catfish and 4 shrimp dinner. My meal was delicious but the other meal was spectacular. The red beans and rice tasted like it came from my favorite po’ boy restaurant in New Orleans that’s I’ve forgotten the name of… LoL. So damn good. I’m definitely eating here again.

Fried green tomatoes is great. Great breading. Everything comes out piping hot from fryer. I had the shrimp, fish fillet, and oysters all fried. Just a little too much seasoning sprinkles. Makes it a little salty.
