Unfortunately, the quality has gone down significantly over the past couple of years; overall lack of flavor, sparse toppings on pizza, soggy calimari, etc. If you’re in a pinch, it’ll fill you up, but you’d be better off either cooking yourself or going somewhere else. I contacted the owner to convey my family’s overall dissatisfaction and requested a refund, and the best he would do us offer a $25 credit. So that’s a credit for food, if made to the same quality, that my family wouldn’t eat…so thanks for nothing. It was nice while it lasted.

I really like to give credit when it is due and I have to say this store was great. The ordering process was easy. The gentleman I spoke with was polite, and efficient. You all delivered the food on time and the delivery driver was also personable and last, but not least, the food was hot and tasted great. Not to mention you delivered to us way out in the middle of nowhere. Thank you so much, all of you, for being stellar employees and caring about your customers. Love this place.

Sam’s was satisfactory until my husband fell ill due to food poisoning from one of their turkey subs. It’s important to inquire about the freshness of their meat and produce when placing an order. Unfortunately, the turkey sub I ordered for my husband led to his illness. Despite discussing the issue with the store manager at Sam’s, she continuously insisted that their products were fresh, which was clearly not the case. Regrettably, my husband’s condition worsened to the point where he required hospitalization due to the food poisoning. It’s crucial to exercise caution when considering dining at this establishment, especially since they offered a 50% discount on a future sub as compensation for the food poisoning incident. Please take heed and be cautious!

My mom and I come here for the cheesy bacon fries, they’re to die for. Just the right amount of everything, and its always hot but not too hot and cheesy but not too gluey. The bacon, is so good. Just plain delicious, don’t go anywhere else. I admit I’ve never actually tried their pizza, but it smells nice lol. There was one time a worker commented on the kid I was with and said the f word in the same sentence which was mad weird, but she had headphones on and didnt hear and it really wasn’t a big deal, just weird. For the cheesy bacon fries, i say you should go.

Worst customer service ever!!! Called the store to find out an eta on my order. They tell me they don’t have it, then turn around and say they do when they checked again. Tells me the driver is on the way and has left. After a few minutes goes by I get a call from them telling me it was left on the front porch!!! It’s 87 degrees outside in the middle of summer! I ask to speak to the manager and explain what happened. I tell him this is not what I paid for and inquired about why the driver wouldn’t call me or knock or use the doorbell. He tells me the driver did call and knock which is a complete lie! I tell him that was false information. He then tells me he believes his driver because his driver dosent lie. Which in turned calls me the liar! I was furious and will never spend any money at Sam’s in Arrowhead ever again! Mike is incompetent when it comes to business management and customer service! Tell a friend to tell a friend, if you don’t want your food left outside without as much as a call or knock on your door then don’t go here!!!
