My kids and I enjoy Sam’s pizza. Since we moved here nearly 3 years now we were recommended to try their pizza and have been going since. This week we decided to dine in, which we hadn’t for a while. The service was phenomenal. My only complaint was the fattier wings were not cooked to perfection but after I spoke with the owner they took care of the matter immediately. I’m thankful for the care and service they have for their customers. Other than that minor incident they are a 5 star restaurant!

Our family gets pizza here once a week, every week and it’s great. Sometimes we will switch it up and get sub sandwiches instead, that we also enjoy just as much.

We ordered pizza and were told 1-1 1/2 hours for delivery. 2 hours later and the pizza still hadn’t been delivered. We called and the employee said that it was on the way and would be less than 10 minutes (we live 8 minutes from the location). 20 minutes go by. We called back and were told 5 more minutes. We waited and still no pizza. At this time, we called to cancel as our kids had already eaten and gone to bed. We were told that there was nothing that they could do and that cancelations and discounts were not allowed.

The owner at Sam’s Pizza at Spotsylvania Courthouse was really rude and disrespectful because I had chicken fingers, and they were overcook very hard, my order was delivered to me, so he sent some to pick up the order, then he told not call his store anymore. He doesn’t have to worry about me even wanting to go back.

Absolutely horrible. They sold recently and the new owners are HORRIBLE. Go to the Lafayette location if you want Sam’s! Ordered online at 4:53pm. Delivery time 5:12 – 5:27 was originally the delivery time. Then updated to 5:57 to 6:12. Waited……due to no response I decided to call for an update. The female owner said it was “out for delivery” (at 6:13pm) and they’d be here “any moment.”…… 45 minutes later, still nothing. The “owner” was rude and nasty and clearly does not understand “customer service.”…..7:18pm and still nothing. Joke.

Usually use a different location but discovered this one close to home. My wife Ordered a pizza at 6:22 on a Friday. Was told delivery would be 45 to 90 minutes. At 8:10 I called to check the status and was told “it went out the door 5 minutes ago”. My house is 3 miles down a back road, no traffic. I called again at 8:27 and asked for the manager. An “unidentified” woman came on and called my wife a liar, saying she was told 90 minutes to 2 hours. I told her that was bulls@@t because we wouldn’t have placed the order. I asked for a refund. She said the pizza was hot and the driver should be there any minute. I said I wanted a refund again, and she said she would call the driver. She said she was the co-owner and her husband took our order and told my wife 2 hours. She was extremely rude and hung up on me. These people shouldn’t be in business with their attitudes. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this horrible business.

Sam’s pizza has good gyro sandwiches. I decided to get the gyro platter. Everything was good except the fries. I prefer the regular fries to the thick cut of steak fries.
