Slow! Very slow… I’m actually writing this review while waiting for an hour for some fried chicken. So I don’t actually know if the chicken is any good but after waiting an hour it better be amazing! The fellow behind the counter seems to be working all alone and doing it all! The place isn’t very clean and has an odd smell… Hmmmmm all things are experiences

Having just moved into the area less than a year ago, trying out local places for lunch and dinner. Wife and I stopped in the other day for a lunch. Wow, watch out KFC as this is my favorite on the road chicken. The lunch included three big pieces that were crispy, moist on the inside, and melted in my mouth. Great flavor, had some milk shakes as well which were made from scratch. The location in great for parking, inside roomy and very nice. Goes on my got to have every couple of weeks go to place

The food was awesome! Husband had the chicken. Crispy, crunchy and juicy. I had the fish. It was incredible. Portions were great. Service was slow but he was alone and a little busy.

He could tell that something wasn’t quite right when he walked into the restaurant. He’d gotten this feeling before, an instinct of sorts, alerting him, putting him on high alert. He approached the counter, noticing that the rotund and world-worn, old woman behind the counter was missing at least half of her teeth. As unappealing as it was to have his food handled by a hag such as this, that wasn’t it. Something else was definitely wrong.

The absolutely best fried chicken available in the Santiam Valley Hwy 22 run from Salem to Bend… Actually a rare find if your taste buds are craving Cajun Chicken, Reasonably good menu for other fried edibles as well,,,,, Sam’s a verrrrry friendly guy too..
