I heard a lot of good reviews about the food, so I decided to try it out for myself. I took my girlfriend for dinner and the atmosphere was nothing special but it was clean and quiet. The food was amazing! My girlfriend enjoyed it so much only crumbs were left.

A friend wanted to get chicken here she said it was really good so I said ok, I was very very disappointed. The chicken was not very crispy, and pieces were cut weird so u could only Make out the drumstick. The Cole slaw was bland and nasty, the macaroni salad same way no seasoning Dinner roll was stale, the only thing I can give them praise about is the fries Which were hit and seasoned. Needless to say it all went into the trash.

Sam’s has the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. And the fries are out of this world!! We also had the steak and cheese and the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were phenomenal. The customer service is great, really friendly people. I highly recommend this place!

Do you want a little chicken to go with that salt? OMG…SALTIEST.CHICKEN. EVER. It defintely had the potential to be good chicken…they fry it up for you right there, but honestly, my mouth and stomach are both rubbed raw from the salt. (Even minus the salt problem, the coating is missing that savory taste one likes on fried chicken.)The french fries were overdone – getting brown and crispy, which I know a lot of places do in Syracuse. I think they’ve come to like their fries hard with a nearly burnt flavor instead of appreciating the potato taste. Coleslaw is a tart, vinegar based concoction, nothing to brag about. Overall, I’d sadly say it’s possibly the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. Gotta go rinse off my burning lips…

I looked at the reviews and thought I found a good food spot. The fries were extra salty as if they were trying to be like 5guys. I ordered buffalo chicken tenders and got plain (bland) tenders that were extremely small especially for the price I paid. I personally don’t care for the food here.

A darned good steak and cheese sandwich and fries. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, and the Big Boy sandwich version w fries cost about $16, but it was solidly a delicious experience and I’m not dissatisfied at all.
