Was visiting from out of town and my sister-in-law took me to Sammie’s. Roast beef sandwich was excellent with plenty of meat and my fries were extra crispy just like we ordered. Highly recommend. Wish we had one.

We were visiting Salem and were hungry and stumbled upon Sammy’s and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Greek wrap and spinach roll. It was delicious. We will be going back again when we visit Salem.

Stopped here to grab some late night eats. Roast beef was excellent, huge and cheap. Wings had a good flavor, I prefer wings without coating, but they were still juicy and tender. The wife got a grilled chicken grinder that was some of the best chicken I’ve had on a sandwich, very flavorful, tender and juicy as well. I’ll be back next time we are in town.

What an absolute pleasure… Kudos to the man on the line and the supporting staff… We went on college move in day and hands down… The best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had… Absolutely a must. We also had BBQ chicken pizza and the onion rings are bomb diggity… Booyahhhh baby! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great food! This place has very little seating (maybe 5 booths). It looks like most of the business is take-out. We walked there from the Hampton so chose to eat there.

This place is Awesome! For a takeout place it’s has to be one of the Best in town the food is Always good and fresh and the Stuff is super nice and professional the waiting area is always clean the prices are decent overall if you are in town for a visit or you’re just looking for good food this is definitely the place to go

Ok so not only is the best Super Beef for a North Shore 3way, the reality is it is better than any steak tip you will get from any restaurant, hands down. The only photo you get is the remains, there are none. Ben Goldberg where you at?

Ordered Roast Beef Basket, amazing portion size for the beef (they do not skimp you on that) – fries were fresh and made to order. BBQ sauce has amazing tang to it and is alittle thinner that most store bought – be ready to make a mess while you eat but it’s well worth it. By far, best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had. Located super close to museums and downtown Salem so I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and wanting some REAL local food.
