Store was clean, service was great, the guys were great to let us order a pizza and eat in when we walked in ten minutes before closing time. Pizza was really good. I’d eat there again.

The pizza was mediocre at best. Not enough toppings. There was nothing special or different about it. The garlic cheese bread was gross. It had no garlic flavor whatsoever, the cheese was bland, the bottom was burned black, and the pizza dipping sauce was watery and tasted off. Didn’t finish it. I didn’t know that this restaurant only has 3 tables, most of which were filled with people waiting on carryout orders so I wouldn’t classify this as a dine-in restaurant. Will not be back.

Great stop for toasted subs!! They had a variety of items, pizza, pasta, subs, etc… They even have a small cooler with take and bake pizzas, lasagna, other pastas. Many people came and went while we were eating. Cozy place and very friendly staff!

Young staff, but they were great. Helpful, customer oriented and glad to answer any question. Daily deals and very good food. Busy place, but worth the wait. I will be a returning customer. Thanks for the excellent and fast service.

Amazing define wonderful fried Chicken and a wonderful less than $20 for a meal for 2 with leftovers and customer services was great and yes I would go back in a heartbeat was also able to give a birthday with drivers license even without the birthday discount this would be a great deal

Quite possibly the best pizza and broasted chicken ever. Well, not ever, but I’ve been eating at one Sammy’s pizza or another for close to 30 years and it’s always great. The Sammy’s in Lakeside is no exception to that rule. They have a very small…maybe fits 10, if you think thin… dinning area and parking is a bit of an issue. That aside… It’s the square cut, thin crust, God given goodness that is the draw here. My favorite, albeit unflashy, is the sausage. One piece of Italian sausage per square…and it’s awesome!

Picked up a small sausage pizza and large one with tomatoes, onions and peppers the moment we got into town for the weekend. I noticed another order with a salad waiting to be delivered when we arrived. It looked so good, I added a salad to our order. Got the vinaigrette dressing to go with it. Pizza and salad were very tasty and just what I was craving after a long drive from the twin cities. The 4 of us will eat the leftover slices in the morning. It’s a round pizza cut I to small square slices. So tasty. Enthusiast staff treated us right.

Ordered a cauliflower crust to the Sammy’s special pizza and it was amazing!!! Reasonably priced!! Bottom could have been more crisp but fine!!! Small but atmosphere was good and employees friendly and helpful!!!
