Service was fantastic and I loved the lady with the spiky hair(as mine is spiky as well) Went here for our uncle’s funeral meal. He loved this place! Food didn’t taste as what we thought it should have for what we ordered. Tasted as a regular cheese burger. We ate it anyway I was just so happy with our lady because we had the difficult man at our table and she exactly how to handle him. Very pleased with her and how everything went for our party

We’ve been here a few times now and it is a nice, local place. I’m surprised they weren’t busier on our last trip. Our server went above and beyond to help us cater to a picky child and ensured that he liked his meal.

The inside of this place has much changed since Mike milans. It’s decent inside. The hostess was decently quick to seat us. It began to take a turn when our coffee was brought out. The coffee is watery and seemingly tasteless. When we informed our waitress (who lacked customer service skills) she responded with “that’s just the way it is.” She poured a new cup, it wasn’t any better. The food we got was ok, the pancakes are great. Our server was not attentive and careless. The table was sticky and the condiments that are left on the tables look old. The prices are outrageous for a simple, small town breakfast place. Ordering al carte will save some money.

Been here multiple times. The last 2 times we’ve been here the meal I’ve ordered doesn’t match the description on the menu (pancakes, not that hard). This time there was multiple pieces of hair in our food. All we could hear was rap music coming from the kitchen. One of the cooks used the restroom that happens to be right by where the dining area is. He was in there for about 15 minutes & when he was done the entire dining area smelled. Just overall horrible experience & I don’t think we will be going back.

What a difference from a year ago.we stopped this morning around 11. I ordered same thing as last time I was there. First of all, I didn’t get what I ordered..sent it back….then I got onion rings that I literally squeezed excess grease out of. I should have sent them back as well. I used a ton of napkins to soak it up. I just want to say if their is only 2 cars in lot, don’t eat there!!

I got stuff, peppers with potatoes looked like they just opened a jar of sauce and poured it over them. The potatoes didn’t really have a taste or seasoning or even butter . The service was not good, there was only one waitress.

Our waitress Lexi was amazing!!!! Several dirty dish left sitting around, and we were sat at a table that hadn’t been cleaned.The food was absolutely disgusting. Asked for no black beans got told it was premixed. The Kentucky Bourbon chicken wrap description said nothing about onions in it, but came out with more onions than the precooked freezer section chicken. We were so hopeful and were extremely disappointed.

On this trip in the Louisville Ohio area, I went to Samantha’s Grill on two separate visits andI completed a review for breakfast on 10/21/20 and dinner on 10/22/20. For breakfast on 10/21/21 i had the Sam’s Original breakfast. Wow! Huge Excellent Breakfast with 2 eggs, Bacon, hashbrowns, and sour dough toast. Big generous portions of Bacon (4 pieces) and hashbrowns. The price was comparable to other restaurants in the area but I think it’s a better value though because of the amount of food you get. Service was exceptional. My server, Sara, was terriffic. Very cordial and friendly. She was very efficient and checked back with me regularly to assure complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Samantha’s Grill for breakfast.
