Great experience! Made a reservation for 15 people with 3 days notice! The whole experience from making the reservation, to following up with the reservation confirmation (Salute reached out to me), the attentiveness when we arrived, waitress, food to everything else was top notch. Great food (quality and quantity) cocktails, beautiful interior and the list goes on! I have not one complaint. Great, Great, great!

First time at the Rocky Hill location and everything from making the reservation to arriving was a great experience. Staff made us felt welcomed from beginning to end. We had a party of 9 and our service was quick and very accommodating. My mom was not a fan of the menu and they were able to adjust and make her butterflies fried shrimp. Most restaurants don’t go the extra mile but the staff here did our entire service. We were celebrating a double birthday and Nate and Morgan delivered top notch service. This dining experience is what you would expect every time you dine. If I could give the comfort level and service a 10 star rating I would. I’m glad I chose this restaurant to spend my birthday at. Wonderful experience from the ease of making the reservation to saying good bye.

We had a lovely evening, hosted and attended by the most generous staff. We were running behind, we were generously granted a change in the appointment time. The service was splendid, food was scrumptious, the general atmosphere relaxing. We were on a girls night out and enjoyed the dinner thoroughly. Thank you Salute.

We had a great lunch experience here. Food was delicious. It got a little busy when we were finishing desserts so it took a while to get our check but before that service was quick. Lots of parking space and room for strollers in the dining area.

The waitstaff were both knowledgeable and kind. For example, we asked our waitress about the difference between various wines and not only did she explain the difference, she let us taste test two of them so we could make a decision. As for the food, we had the flatbread as an appetizer and the chicken gnocchi as our meal. Both dishes were excellent and the serving size was fairly large (albeit not massive).

First time at this wonderful restaurant. The Food and Service is awesome! I had the special Salute Carbonara. Upon leaving we were given a fresh garlic bread. Also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Nick. We will definitely be back.

I had eaten at Salute in Hartford for a couple of times and had never disappointed. Recently had working lunch at this newly opened location in Rocky Hill and was glad it kept the same level of quality and service as the old one. This restaurant is very spacious inside and has outdoor seating. We chose to sit inside where is very well decorated and looks simple and modern. I ordered their special scallop cioppino and my friends ordered sesame crusted seared ahi tuna. Both came out very good. They were so tasty and perfect portioned for lunch. Hope the special can become their regular. Working in that area, now we have a decent place to go for our working lunch.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed & the service was top notched. It was our first time eating here & it will certainly not be our last! My husband & I shared the mussels for apptz (so delicious)! My husband had shrimp gumbo & he asked that they keep this on the menu (not just a special). I had the shrimp gnocchi which was equally amazing! Everything was flavorful, the portions are generous & the staff was amazing from start to finish. Can’t wait to become regulars. Thank you!
