On 2/10/23 here in Galveston, Tx we ate here and the food was very scrumptious!!!! Our server Alicia( not Keys), was very knowledgeable and gorgeous at the same! Thank You for waiting on Us!!! Mr. Robert the manager stopped by our table and introduced himself. What do you know we’re all from the Mid-West area! I pray that his heel heals pretty quickly!!!! Offer a variety of steak options as well as other items on their menu. They offer a special lunch menu at great prices. Loved the steak tips over mashed potatoes with mushrooms and gravy. Their green beans were also tasty! Nice location, across the street you will enjoy great ocean views!

I had a ribeye with mashed potatoes and my wife had a double-bone pork chop with grilled asparagus. Mine was amazing. She also had a rose-rita and felt that her taste buds had been affected by the alcohol. She said she didn’t taste much of her pork chop. I tried it and OMG! It took a few seconds for me to realize it was bad. It even smelled rancid. We aren’t ones to complain but did let the server know. She went and grabbed the manager and he offered to replace but we’d had soup and house bread in addition to sides from entrees. He removed it from our ticket which we appreciated. This was first time we have had an issue with the food there and it was handled quite well. We will be back. We enjoy going there.

First time for me at a Saltgrass. Beer in chilled mugs is a great start. I had the 12 oz NY Strip with fully loaded baked potato and both were fine. I also added a wedge salad and it could have been a meal itself. I like a good wedge salad and this one was really good.
