Have been to several salt grasses, this one is similar to the others. The filet was cooked exactly like I requested. Also I appreciate the lack of over salting that I’ve found at other locations. The Oscar topping was very good, had a nice crab and non-fishy flavor to it

The service was slow. Other tables had quick service and were seen more often. The food quality and taste have gone down. My son’s steak was ordered well done. I cut into a rare to medium steak. The server had it returned and re-cooked. The manager brought it out. Will not be returning.

Food and service was good. Half the entrees came out 15 minutes before the other half which throws off the glow of the dinner. People wind up finishing there dinner before everyone else eats. Manager was aware and offered the old desert comp. Server came out with the tab before we could even take him up on it. The kitchen can really screw it up for the server.

First time to a Saltgrass and I was very impressed. We were waited on by the waitress, the manager, and I think another manager. The waitress brought a manager over to help understand my wifes dietary restrictions and made sure she was taken care of. The rustic decor is very cozy. My wife and I usually will do seafood at Landrys but I wanted to try a steak from Saltgrass. My 8 oz steak and shrimp was delicious. My wife had a 6 oz steak and while it was very good also it looked pretty small so she will get an 8 oz next time. I also got fried onions they were the best with ketchup!

Everything at this restaurant was so delicious, which is why I had to give 5 stars. The brisket burger was very rich and flavorful, and the loaded baked potato side tied everything together. As for the drinks, the strawberry lemonade was a fantastic mixture of tartness and sweet. Everything was priced reasonably, and our waiter was very attentive. Will come back soon to try other dishes!
