Food was excellent. The stuffed Jalapeños were the best I’ve ever eaten and being a cook that’s saying a lot. Being honest their in house home made bread wasn’t worth bragging about. I liked the honey butter that went on it better. The Salmon was on point (a little crisper than it should be on the outside) and tasted great. The fried onions were excellent. Loved the host and wait staff being courteous and understanding. The waiter knew the menu and made great suggestions. The salad was actually better than most high class restaurants. I’d definitely take others there. As a first time patron I’ll say it was some of the best food I’ve eaten since being in Houston.

What can I say other than it’s Saltgrass and the experience was nothing less than amazing!! The Ribeyes were cooked to perfection the meat was Juicy and tender & the flavor was outstanding!! The cheeseburger was melt in your mouth, tender packed with flavor. The bread was airy and soft!! The smoked House Mac and Cheese was very delicious had a mild browning on top, and the cheese was full of flavor! The staff was very friendly, and our server made us feel very welcomed ☺️ what a great meal!

A staple at the top of my frequent restraunt list. Solid steakhouse at a decent price. They have added a few new dishes that are really good. A couple of my favorites on the new item listing is the steak salad and the Orleans Chicken (if you like the Cajun style spice taste). There is nothing bad I can say.

Lady 380
Worst experience I’ve had at any Saltgrass. After being seated, it took 15 minutes for the waiter to greet us and bring water. Once we finally placed our order, he got the order incorrect several times. Then once my meal came out, it was incomplete with a dirty plate. It was the lack of attention to detail, slow response, and over all lack of effort from our waiter. Then the kitchen put the cherry on top with my half made plate..

I love this restaurant! I was being treated by a friend of 55 years for my birthday. We began the birthday celebrations about 7 years ago. I choose Saltgrass more often than any other place. I believe it’s the warm beer bread with soft butter that draws me every time. It’s delicious!

A friend and I dined in today around 3. After the Hostess sat me,Stephanie greeted and stated she was helping a bit. Very nice. Took my drink order and brought waters. My actual waiter,Mauricio,was kind,but I assume new,as he knew none of the drinks for Happy Hour. I ordered an appetizer for my friend and I,and once she arrived,she asked him for the Happy Hour Appetizer menu. Stated there was not one,but they had Happy Hour Appetizers,but we had to be seated at the bar,which was rather packed. We still agreed to go sit in the two available seats. Mauricio never offered to help us bring our apps or beverages to the bar. Also,the lady that brought out my Queso didn’t slightly knocked my hand while placing the cast iron skillet it on the table. At the bar,2 ladies saw we were crammed,so she offered to move down so we could sit near her with more room,which definitely helped. Letha along with the bar staff were amazing. Overall,today’s experience was unnerving,so I’ll patronize another location next time,unless Letha is at the bar.

Kate was our server and she was so perfect. My husband just ordered drinks, and I ordered steak and fried shrimp with broccoli, and a house salad. It hit the spot. The fried shrimp were worth so worth it and cook perfectly. I was so happy afterwards. My husband SAID he wasn’t hungry but ended up finishing my steak and ate all the bread! This was money well spent. The service was great, multiple people check in on us. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We had a nice time and will definitely go back to this location.
