This was my first experience of a steakhouse in the DFW area, and they did not disappoint. I had a great time devouring this patty melt and I would gladly do it again. Absolutely awesome time here.

Enjoyed the dinner, but the service was a little slow. The sever was friendly, just had too many tables or something. It is a Monday night, and not very many people, so I’m not sure why it was slow. The food was great.

Just WOW. Very organized team working here! Came in for a weekday lunch and was greeted by host and shown to a cozy booth. Our server introduced himself by name, Andrew, and was so professional and confident that I wondered if this was for real. But it was. Through his guidance my sister and I were able to enjoy a long, leisurely lunch and never ran out of iced tea. We also never had to strain our neck and wonder where he was or where the food was. Everything was brought out in a timely manner. One surprise for me was that when I ordered green beans, I was expecting a little melamine dish of canned green beans, swimming in oil and being grayish green. No! I received fresh, long, not cut up green beans with just a dash of salt and pepper. They were cooked crispy-tender and still had their vitamins in them. I could tell because they were a rich, lively green. No gray, and these beans had never even seen the inside, much less the outside of a can. So! Good chicken fried steak, plenty of gravy. Loved the fried pickles and jalapenos as an appetizer, too. Sadly, no room for dessert this time, but wow, did we enjoy lingering. Oh, and the manager came by each table to check on things. I thought that was a nice touch. Can’t wait to return, especially when we can again enjoy the weekday lunch menu prices and portions that are just right!

This place is hotter than a cast iron skillet on a Texas summer day.

This restaurant is owned by the Landry’s Co. They make their own , sauces, and butter . I was amazed how fresh and in expensive the food was. I should have known when the place was packed night after night. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott right down the street for 5 days. You will not be disappointed, come hungry.

The food was spot on perfect. Came here for the steak, and boy did I get exactly what I had in mind – cooked to perfection and fatty in a good way. Even the side dish (sweet potato fries) was spot on exact. The cheese cake was a dream.

I ordered a Togo order that has a house salad. Which comes with a 2 ounce side of dressing. I get home and dressing cup is half full. I go back to restaurant. Manager comes and talks to me. I explain that there isn’t enough dressing. He mumbles something like what I got was correct, it’s supposed to be a 2 ounce dressing, grabs my bag and walks off.

Food was amazing . Great staff that were nice and very helpful. An amazing spot to finish up a trip to Texas. The steak was so tender you didn’t even need the steak knife. I recommend the center cut sirloin and brussel sprouts. I will be going back when I come back to Texas.
