The food was delicious even though I do not eat meat, the salmon with rice & vegetables was spectacularly tasty! The customer service was incredibly amazing, and the hostess spoke both English & Spanish perfectly and took the order on the spot so when the food arrived it was as we wanted hot, tasty, and with a good size portion to share! After being seated at 8 pm it took 5 minutes for a server to get to my table. I place my order and received my potato soup. I was halfway done with my soup and my dinner arrived. I got a ribeye that was cooked the way I asked for but it have no seasoning. The Mac and cheese tasted it came out of a box.

Should have gone to Texas Roadhouse instead. We were there for well over 2 hours waiting on food. My daughter ordered the 9 oz filet medium, but the first one FINALLY came out I could have used it the hammer nails. Aside from the fact that it was cold, it was almost too tough to cut. They then said that they would make it right, but the rest of the table went on with our meal thinking that hers would be right out. WRONG! We finally just asked them to box it up so we could get back to our hotel. I like my meat on the rare side, but when she finally cut into it even I couldn’t handle it.

I love Saltgrass but wont be coming back to this location. They tried to sit my mom who is in a scooter at a table where her scooter couldn’t get through initially. Then it took about 45 minutes to get our food which was incorrect but we really didnt feel like complaining. I ordered a medium steak and it was practically well done- both mine and my sisters. The steaks asked to be cooked medium well looked medium rare. It was just a terrible food experience for $250. I am a landrys select club member and this is by far my worst food experience with them. So sad our family night out had to be here!

We visited this location on May 13th, the Saturday before Mother’s day. If I could have given them more than 5 stars I certainly would have. The food was great as we have come to expect. What made our experience amazing was our server Meya. She was so friendly and inviting it felt like family. She anticipated our needs and many times, brought what we needed before we knew we needed it. We have been to many different Landry’s restaurants but she has been the only one to actually explain what the rewards program is about. Typically it is the quick question of “are y’all members” but she went above and beyond to explain the details. Meya is the perfect example of what great service is. Thank you Meya for the amazing experience and we look forward to visiting with you again.
