Not a great experience. We got food, but didn’t get silverware. Then we asked for extra dressing for the salads. It finally came the second time we asked as he was picking up the salad plates. We has to stop another member of the waitstaff to find out server, multiple times because she wasnt present during the meal. Next one of our entrees came out wrong. We asked for no feta, it came with feta. A we asked for the steak medium well. It was medium and lastly the crab cakes we burnt and I guess the cook thought if we just flipped them over, Noone would know. Disappointing. For a party of 4 only one meal was complete and service was lacking.

Waited an hour and 20 minutes to get a table, fine that’s expected for a restaurant in a hotel. But once we were seated they informed us there was no bread included. I asked for the bare minimum Comp of a soda that costs the restaurant under a dollar and management declined. Laughable that they charge people 4$ for soda. They didn’t have ribs, peppers, nachos available either.

Worse meal I’ve ever ate. Ordered online and said order would be ready at 8:45pm got there at 9pm, not ready. Waited 20 minutes and finally came. Walked to my room about a 3 minute walk, everything is ice cold, the steak, the asparagus ice cold after waiting 20 minutes for it to be “ready”. My steak actually stunk. Couldn’t eat it. Totally disappointed would never recommend.

This is only for the hostess that seated us. Last night at 4:26 on july 31st. We were being seated by a lady and we asked to sit in a both. She said “no we arnt using those right now”. Then it wasn’t 2 minutes later she sat a couple right next to us in a both. I find that very rude and frustrating. Usually there is a reason someone needs to sit in a both. I payed good money to eat here and needed a both. This frustrated us to the point we probably won’t be back this trip. It’s too bad because everyone after that was great. Including our server. This hostess needs retrained on customer service.

My husband and I had lunch at this location. It took over 45 minutes after we ordered for the food to be ready. My husband took the bill to the front to pay. Our waitress asked where he was going and I told her he went to pay. A few minutes later I got up and to meet him and the waitress followed me and asked me where I was going. I told her. She then accused me of trying to not pay and told me she would get in trouble if we didn’t pay. I felt so degraded and embarrassed. I will be filing legal action against this establishment.

I’m a Landry’s select club member and get an annual $25 during my birth month that can be used at any of their restaurants. I decided to treat myself to the Golden Nugget where I could apply it towards any of their restaurants and/or casino there. I don’t gamble but I love resorts and fine dining but this time I decided I wanted Salt Grass, which is more casual. I ordered their ribs and shrimp dinner with macaroni and cheese. The ribs were fall-off-the-bones tender, the shrimp was perfect, and the mac and cheese was a wonderful, creamy, and delicious side.
