We had a good experience, great service and fun atmosphere. The chicken is delicious and huge! The brisket was amazing, but a little small. Their Mac and cheese was nice but i didn’t love the other side options. The Cubano sandwich was amazing as well. The price was a little more than other BBQ places I’ve enjoyed. I’d probably come back for just the meat, but probably not for the combo plates. They were unfortunately out of the pulled pork when we went.

Patio dining. Nice hybrid indoor/outdoor bar. Very spacious inside. Brisket, smoked chicken, mac n cheese, mustard potato salad, lemon meringue, banana pudding, and corn bread for me and two of my buddies. Over all was 4 stars. We had the unfortunate luck of getting a batch of banana pudding that had salt used instead of sugar. Manager said sorry, made it right with another lemon meringue treat. He stated a new employee botched the recipe on accident and was very greatful we brought into their attention. Not bad for a locally owned joint open 2 1/2 weeks. I’ll be back to better review the banana pudding and let y’all know. #oasisgrubs

Great experience at Salted pig. We ordered Brisket, pulled pork and some sides for takeout. Order was prompt, pickup was easy. Really cool vibe inside and great patios. Definitely will be back. Happy to have some good bbq close to home!

Salted Pig was absolutely amazing! The brisket was so tender and melted in your mouth. The banana pudding was rich, creamy, and delicious! All of the staff, including the chef, were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back to sit on the patio!

We ate at the inside bar area and had great service, met the bar manager and she gave us great suggestions for both food and drinks. I had the Tejano Cubano sandwich with smoked mac and cheese and creamy coleslaw, to drink I tried Notorious P.I.G lager. Will be back again

Let start by saying I would actually rate this place 4/5, but all of the low star reviews annoy me. The atmosphere and patio are great. The drinks are amazing, the barbecue is good and the sides could use a little work. The kielbasa is second to none, best I’ve had from a barbecue joint. The pulled pork is excellent, the brisket is great and the chicken was good but definitely needed a little sauce to bring it back to juicy. The sauces are awesome, I would highly recommend the Alabama and Oro gold.

It’s very clean and the food comes out quickly. It’s probably a good place if you are not wanting to go further into town. However the food is very lack luster. I didn’t enjoy it very much. The Mac and cheese is like a peanut butter consistency and the green beans taste like they are canned seasoned with a lot of black pepper. The chicken was good. The chopped brisket was dry and covered with too much sauce. I say drive a bit further for better bbq because it really wasn’t worth it to go back. Very disappointed wished it was better.
