Salt & Fire is consistently THE best food in Polk county. I have never had a bad meal here. The staff and the chef are incredibly polite and kind. The rotating menu makes dining here exciting, not knowing what’s on the menu, but always knowing it’s delicious. Also I appreciate the massive portions, no matter what you choose. Can’t wait for my next S&F meal.

I got the sticky spicy chicken bites on the small bites menu and oh my god were they flavorful!!! The meat to sauce ratio is insane. So much flavor and I will definitely be back 100 times. Highly recommend you guys!

This is my favorite food truck! Often located at Swan Brewing Th-Sat, they feature a different menu each week, and everything is delicious! Some favorites include the bacon-queso fries (available on every menu), Crispy Shrimp Quesadilla, and the Mediterranean Platter. They are now offering online ordering, which is awesome to help eliminate the wait.

Great food, was just a little taken aback last time I was there, I saw that they were handling food without gloves, and during a pandemic to boot.. so if you are worried about that sort of thing, you might want to skip it or make sure they are wearing gloves before you order
