Way too much sweet sauce on the nachos. Don’t care about what y’all prefer your nachos to taste like but sweet sauce is not something I expected nor did it taste good on nachos. I ate some, the meat was good. Could not stomach the strange mix of flavors that were not well balanced so I discarded most of it. Maybe tell people that their nachos will include an unusual flavor such as a sweet sauce, which is not a normal nacho flavor btw, and give them the option to not include such an out of balance sauce. Maybe offer on the side instead. Should have gotten the ribs. Or are those covered in sweet sauce too? I received no email from my order.

Rusty is a master at his craft. While I love the pulled pork sandwiches because the meat is perfectly moist and the buns are fabulous, it’s the ribs I will order every time. I travel alot for work and get bbq all.ober the country and Salt City bbq is the best hands down. Sorry Oklahoma Joe’s OG

Salt city was very good!!! Very impressed! BBQ sauce is excellent! Not too spicy and great flavor. Nachos Brisket and pulled pork had great seasoning and juicy. Cold slaw and baked beans was awesome. Thanks guys for coming to Orem. Will definitely visit again when I see you around. Best BBQ I’ve had from a truck.

Best BBQ in town! I was extremely impressed with the BBQ from Salt City BBQ. Brisket was moist (yep, I said it) with great bark, homemade sausage was dynamite, pulled pork was money with the white sauce, the beans were dark and rich. Rusty has a history of making championship BBQ and brings it to you! Salt City BBQ takes the cake! The CORN CAKE! SOOOO GOOOD! Get extra! 10/10 would recommend this joint. Just look for this trailer and this handsome face and you’ll know you’ve found BBQ paradise.

Had the pulled pork nachos and they were delicious. Piled high with pork, beans, coleslaw, and jalapeños, the serving size was generous. The service was also top notch. Best nachos I’ve had in years. Definitely worth checking out
