What a wonderful experience! The drinks are unique, delicious, and beautiful. The bread service is so good – it definitely tasted homemade and was so soft + pillowy. The butter had fresh herbs and was so good with the rolls. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. My only complaint is that I like my steak very rare and it was a bit more done than I would usually like since you can’t get as hot of a sear as a typical grill. Nonetheless, it was still cooked to temperature and it tasted divine. Definitely upgrade and get the risotto + Demi glaze. The Demi glaze is textbook – so shiny and the depth of flavor was insane. The risotto was cheesy and well seasoned. Don’t forget to ask for Tony! He gave us a great experience, recommended options for us, and never let our cups go empty. I would give Salt 100 stars if I could!

Dined at Salt for an anniversary dinner. I was surprised when we arrived that there were few others dining that night. The bar area is nice and would be a good place for a drink with friends. We were given a booth away from those that were there for a quieter meal. We did have a couple of drinks, then ordered a delicious grilled peach salad to share. My wife had the swordfish special which was very good. I had the bone in ribeye on a salt block with Gorgonzola risotto. The steak was a perfect medium rare and the risotto paired well with the meat. The food was well cooked and tasty.

Looking for Something different this place as it name states is where certain plates are served on salt blocks/cooked on them. Really good food. The staff and Brittany are awesome! Definitely worth a stop!

I have been here twice now- once for an igloo experience and once for dine in. This place is fantastic! All of the cocktail options are delicious. My favorite is the Maple. Their steaks are THE BEST. Beautiful atmosphere. Great place for a special occasion. It is pricier- but you get what you pay for. We won’t come as often for that reason, but it will be a treat when we do!

We went on Friday night and had made a reservation for 6:30. We were seated immediately and the staff was very friendly. The space is clean and inviting. We ordered the nachos which were delicious. Highly recommend! We also ordered the Maple and old fashioned for drinks which were ok. We each ordered the tenderloin steak with the mashed potatoes and veggies served on the salt block with shrimp. The shrimp and asparagus were delicious, the steak and mashed potatoes where just ok. Overall, very nice restaurant, friendly staff, we will be back to try more of their menu but will pass on the steak in the future.

We visited SALT twice recently – once in the igloos and once inside! the igloo experience was great and they have them decorated nicely and 2 space heaters are provided to protect from the WI winter elements. Our server was working extremely hard to keep up with each party and serve through the bitter cold weather, he did a wonderful job.

Great experience! Wait staff was exceptional! I had the NY Strip Steak and my wife had the Halibut with lemon risotto. Both were fantastic! After dinner we enjoyed pumpkin pie and Banana Bread Pudding. Both were excellent.

We had an amazing experience at Salt! From Brittney (bar manager) for our pre dinner drink experience to our dining experience with Dana. Would absolutely recommend. I have lived in major cities (Chicago, Boston, LA) and I would say they have worked hard to improve their food quality standards to that of other larger city experiences.

Loved my first experience at Salt Fine Dining. First of all the staff was not only sweet, but so on top of things! Our waitress was always checking in on us if we needed anything and brought our food and drinks quickly. Also the food was delicious! I wanted to order many items off the menu, but I know my limits. Overall I must say I can’t wait to go back again in the very near future.
