My family orders dinner from Salsaritas frequently. Almost every time, my order has been incorrect. Most recently, I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and received a ground beef burrito bowl (twice). The order is correct on the receipt. The receipt is always checked by each ingredient as though someone has thoroughly reviewed the order but, still, managed to completely mess up my order. The food is usually good but even the lettuce was old in the burrito bowl this week.

Very nice location. Reminds me a lot of the way Chipotle is laid out, complete with how the menu looks at the store! That’s a positive for me. Their in-store staff were very pleasant, I wasn’t rushed, and they helped me understand the items I could put into my burrito bowl. I would definitely come back for an in-store experience. We’ve also gotten it delivered and it’s been an A+ experience every time.
