I have always had good experience in the past with Salsaritas but This one is poorly run. Food is stale, including the non crunchy chips. The restaurant is not kept clean, trash piling, no napkins. Poor customer service. I really hope that owners take notice before more customers do.

Went there this week for the first time in a really long time, like 5 years. It wasn’t very busy at 4:30 p.m., which was nice. The food tasted pretty good and all of their ingredients were available, which is better than their competitors can say. However they don’t roll the burritos very well which can make it difficult to eat. Also they do have specials throughout the week, like on Mondays a regular burrito is $8, Tuesdays they do some special with tacos… But I couldn’t find it posted anywhere so it’s kind of hard to plan your visit.

I’ve here 4 times since moving to NC. Food generally has good flavor so I keep going back. Service has been terrible the last 2 times. Was last in Friday evening, 10/23. The staff seemed bothered that people were coming in. They were rude, didn’t listen, didn’t want you to ask questions and honestly didn’t care about you. The lady that made my burritos was the worst. The guy that rolled it didn’t do a great job either. It came apart as soon as I opened it.

I love this restaurant. This is one of my favorite places to go. The food is amazing, and fresh, and they’ve never messed up my order before, and I’ve been here a lot. The staff is always nice. My one complaint is that they put a lot of stuff in your tacos, so much that I often have to take some out, but that’s not bad. It’s extra food! I highly recommend this restaurant.
