Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I got a chicken burrito and it was delicious. The portions were really good. I paid about the same amount I’d pay at chipotle and got double the chicken. They were relatively slow but clearly working. The service wasn’t bad at all, they weren’t over the top friendly, but not rude by any means. I would definitely come back next time I’m at the Charlotte airport.

40 minutes before they close at 10 they start to pull items from the serving line. The kid working the counter might have been high as he was barely audible and couldn’t have looked like he cared any less.

Normally I would never leave a bad review. This was hands down the worst customer experience. Staff members were annoyed, rude, and refilling the fork dispenser seemed like the biggest task to accomplish. Nice job Charlotte airport.

Staff obviously hates their jobs. They move super slow. Can’t answer questions. Can’t get orders correct even after multiple repetitions. Can’t look customer in eye. Mumble. Extremely poor customer service all the way around. . VERY obvious they do NOT care. Meat wasn’t close to being warm let alone hot. Chips were over salted. Quesadilla machine was “broken.”

I am EXTREMELY displeased with this service & portion size because it cost me $15.17 for 2 bites of food. I do not know how you all deal with portion sizes outside of the airport & how much should be considered extra but it certainly was unfair & I felt scammed & was given attitude that I did not give. My first and last experience. All we wanted were two steak quesadillas, after standing in the lane for 20 minutes, the machine was down and they didn’t have steak. We settled for burritos and the guy making them couldn’t roll them at all, so this was time consuming as well bc he had to remake 4 of them while I was standing there and mine as well. The service wasn’t nice and where they prepared the food wasn’t clean. 40.00 waste because it wasn’t good either! Their service reflects the Airport itself AWFUL!!!

Avoid at all costs if you value your physical and mental health. Something rancid in my bowl. Probably the chips. Had the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years and years. It was insane that this place was actually running. Employees were confused and didn’t seem to know how to do their job, very very slow, and didn’t communicate with customers whatsoever. The employees that ‘served’ me seemed super annoyed and angry at every customer. Again, blown away. Out of so so many options. I saw a worker rinsing a bleeding cut in the sink, right there next to the griddle press thing, and then go right back to working with no bandaid and no glove. What the actual, F!? Absolutely worst meal and experience I’ve had in years and years and years. Possibly the worst food service meal I’ve ever eaten. Puke!
