I strongly recommend Salsa Tacos! We have gotten food there multiple times, and we have been more than satisfied each time. For those that live near 35th and Henderson, I think this neighborhood food truck is as good if not better than the Mexican food trucks and restaurants in White Center.

Love our neighborhood taco truck! The food is delicious, not too greasy. The guys running the truck are the NICEST! Service is fast and the food is fresh. Atmosphere? Well, it is in a gas station parking lot, but they have a tent with table and chairs so you can wait or stay and eat outdoors and out of the sun.

Best consome de birria in town! Grew up in Yakima and I’ve been missing that authentic flavor that makes the taste buds explode with spice. You want bland go elsewhere. You want a one way ticket to flavor town look no further. Also, the burritos are a great size and the lengua melts in your mouth!! Great job guys, gracias por todo!!!

Yes, try this truck. Lucky to have a new option like this nearby. All the proteins we tried were done well and the ingredients were super fresh. Tried both of the salsas and they nailed it. Friendly employees. WS we have a winner.

Get the quesabirria! We’ve now had a pork burrito, chicken tacos, and the quesabirria twice, and they are SO good. I don’t stray much from my beloved Taquitos Feliz down by Lincoln Park, but this place is absolutely as good. So hope it sticks around!
