On a whim I took a friend here for birthday lunch. This place is fantastic. The service the portions the flavor. The only thing that bothered me was that weren’t more people here. This place is fantastic. The chicharonnes ..bomb. the tostones, fire! And the garlic salsa with the tostones .. I could of eaten that with a spoon. It’s not often I give 5 stars this was a solid 5.

Nice and friendly staff. Large menu with a variety of options to choose from. Lunch goes until 3pm and the lunch fajita is what I ordered. Most items were flavorful—especially my rice and beans, but the sauce for the chicken tamales was lacking a lot of flavor. Either way, I would definitely go again.

We ordered from this place for the first (and last) time tonight. We were shocked by how great the reviews were, so all we could guess was that maybe this is a place you have to eat in person. We ordered take out. They didn’t separate any of the guac from the hot dishes, so it was brown sludge when it arrived, ruining several of the things we ordered. One of our empanadas was so dry it was several shades darker than the rest (see attached pic). I was surprised they sent it out when it clearly was that badly overcooked. We found everything to be really bland, particularly the beef. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and this place was a major miss for us.

We frequent here a lot. Fast service, fresh food, bright cheerful atmosphere, and it’s pretty cheap. Drinks are good and modestly priced. Has an outside deck and a stage for live music. This is a hit for me, and I would recommend.

It was outstanding, the food was amazing! I got the Tacos El Pastor, best I’ve ever had in my life!! And I would go back in a half of a heartbeat, also service was prompt and very friendly. The server talked to us for a moment and let us know what was going on for the weekend there. Live music on Friday, they have a stage outside.

I have been to this place quite a few times. The first time was amazing! The food is on par and the ambiance is cool, however the service at this particular location is lacking at best. The people are mostly nice, but the last time we went to this location, the waiter seemed like we were stopping him from leaving. He was on his phone most of the time we were there, never asked if we needed anything and gave us the check that we weren’t ready for without asking if we needed anything else. The waiter also watched us as we signed the check as if he wished we would hurry up so he could go. If you only care about the food, go here. The better option is the location on Central Ave.
