Food: the dough is still on raw side/ undercooked. Bottom of pizza looks like they barely cooked it. Toppings are fine, but if I can fold my floppy pizza in half, there’s a problem.

Stopped by with my spouse a few days ago and service was very unpleasant. Kid ringing us up looked very unhappy. We ordered a bbq chicken pizza slice, meatballs, and garlic knots. The pizza was not worth the price for me, you’re better off going elsewhere for a decent tasting slice. The meatballs were okay and the garlic knots were the only thing that were of quality tasty. The unwelcoming service and quality taste of food will be the reason I will not come back.

Definitely suggest you should try it.

I was in the area today and had a craving for pizza. I saw the Sal’s banner in the side of the P Fit and decided to check it out. Now, I’m always super nice and friendly so I see the kid behind the counter and say “hey man, how’s it going?!” He just stares at me and doesn’t say anything so I stare back. He still doesn’t say anything so I say “you know it’s common courtesy to greet a customer when they walk in, esp if they say hi and ask you how you’re doing.” He just stares at me blankly so I say “you know, you’re really f-ing rude, I’ll just take my business elsewhere.” I went to Spice-C Chicken and Things across the courtyard.

Fantastic pizza. The regular cheese is totally NY style I’ve had white and regular and both are scrumptious. The salads are really big, fresh and delicious I recommend this place it’s far better than anything the area has to offer

My daughter I went to Sal’s pizzeria after shopping and we really liked this place. My pepperoni pizza I really like, and my daughter ordered a veggie pizza with egg plant, and she said it was really good. It is very small in the inside, just a few tables, we ate outside the weather was good at that time, not too cold to sit outside. Yes I would recommend this place for nice chit chat, and a lunch meal. Also we ordered a garden salad enough for us to share, very fresh enjoyable salad.

I had “grandma’s pizza” and the regular thin crust. The standout thing on this pizza is the sauce. It’s as good as it gets. Overall, this is an incredible slice of pizza right next to my favorite Italian place of all time, Luna Rossa!

By California standards pretty good pizza. Respectable amount of toppings and good flavor but a little undercooked. I’d suggest ordering it well done. Normal bake is a very very soft crust. It’s a far cry from most New York or Chicago pizzas and no Italian would give it a second look but having had so many bad pizzas in California it’s nice to see a place actually make a good effort. And the cannoli? Yeah that’s pretty good. A little on the sweet side but I’m not gonna complain about what, are you?

Is it authentic NY pizza? No idea. I haven’t been to NY so I can’t judge.
