Thank you Sal’s! After a day of canoeing on beaver lake we definitely worked up an appetite. We have heard great things about the food and pizza so decided to give them a try. We are a family of 6 so we never know if there will be accomodations for our party size. We got there around 3:30 and got greeted and sat right away. It was only the bar tender but we didn’t mind this at all. She got our drink order right away and did a fantastic job making my Manhattan. We didn’t realize that there was a different menu for lunch and dinner so when we started reading the menu we were surprised that we couldn’t find some of the items we heard about. After a quick explanation from the server and because it was so close to their dinner hour the staff allowed us to order off the dinner menu. We were so grateful for this because the food we ordered was exactly what we wanted. Everything was delicious and everyone was happy and satisfied. My favorites were the chicken wing pizza on the cauliflower crust, the pasta fagioil, and the lobster raviolis. But everything was great, service was excellent, and the kitchen staff gets 5 stars for accommodating us so graciously. Thank you.

Sal’s in Baldwinsville. Thank you for not making me cook on Mother’s Day and able to feed my children and grandchildren! Sorry pictures were taken after many scoops were served! Chicken riggies medium, which everyone raved about! Had a nice kick even though ordered medium due to feeding grandchildren and kids that don’t love the heat like I do! Antipasto was excellent and meatballs! I ordered 5/13 for a pick up at 2pm 5/14. Was hot and fresh for hours the way they package. I would definitely recommend for an occasion you don’t want to cook!

Usually I have good luck here. Tonight I ordered 2 orders of sliders. One parmigiana chicken and one steak. There are 4 sliders per order. I also ordered sides of chips, fries and onion rings. I didn’t check the order before leaving . When I got home there were 2 sliders and cold soggy fries. The girl taking my order over the phone read it back to me correctly but didn’t put it in correctly. I called them and was placed on hold for 7 minutes. Then I was informed that I could come back and pay extra for the other 4 sliders . So there was a breakdown in communication and no we’re sorry about that. I said forget and hung up. It will be awhile before I go back.

Solid pizza and the real winner here are the wings with their house sauce. Most of the time we order here for just the wings. Not sure how other menu choices are but I hear good things. Staff is always friendly and the place is always packed which is a good sign. If you haven’t tried em yet give it a go.

Food was warm and hit the spot. We had this delivered and it took a while longer than they said it would. We tipped quite well for our food and that didn’t seem to get it there quick (which is why it got a four star). Otherwise, great pizza joint! Heard good things about their chicken riggies which I will try next time.

A premium price for a sub premium product. I’ve pre-ordered from this place 3 times in the past month. Of those 3 times I preordered online. First time I ordered at noon for a 5pm delivery. 30 minutes late and the order was only warm enough to say there was warmth. The delivery guy said the order had been sitting there for some time before it was assigned to him to deliver. The delivery guy said he would tell the owner, Meow about the problem. Never heard anything again. Second time, I ordered it was hours ahead of time for a 5pm delivery and it actually arrived at 4:59. Today, I created an order at 2pm and wouldn’t you know it? 15 minutes late. Not only was the order late, but the pizza was barely sliced at all and we’re talking a sheet pizza that I had slice myself as my hungry family continues to wait. Not only that but the crust was just shy of being burnt which means reheating tomorrow will make the crust more like a weapon and less than an edible. Honestly, when everything clicks and turns out the way it should for the continuously exuberant prices paid…it’s not a bad experience. Sadly, 2 fails out of three is unacceptable and with the amount of other “quality” establishments around, relocating our purchasing loyalties is more fact than fiction. Again…the poor experiences coupled with brutally inflated prices never makes for a motivated urge to dial this establishment up again anytime soon.
