Food was cold and not heated for long enough. Cheese never melted. Crust was soggy. Employee was standing at the register talking on her cellphone. Young lady that was helping us tried her best. I think she was new and still learning.

My boyfriend and I stopped to get pizza here and experienced terrible service. We ordered a pizza over the phone got there and they messed up the pizza, also burning the pizza as well. There was trash all over the floor, and the staff was very un professional! sitting on there phones while the place is a mess. They burnt my first pizza and gave me second one that was over cooked!!! Will never be back here again

Food was great …great NY style crust!! SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! Disorganized mess with only 6 people in line…I would hate to see it busy!! Worse yet…I witnessed one of the staff threaten two teenagers for mumbling and threaten to come out from behind the counter. Oh yeah big man threatening teenagers half his size. Ownership may want to review who they have behind the counter.

Offers delicious, warm pizza in Boston. On a cloudy, somber day, as is so common here, little is more satisfying.

They had quite a few different creative pizzas, including a sweet chili chicken. They were decent, but a little dry. I guess there just wasn’t enough sauce on them. Also, stay away from the cookies here. The garlic knots are amazing though!

I love their pizza. One of the best in Boston. The pizza is heated right in front of you, and they have a whole selection to choose from.

I went there to get 2 small pizzas. First the door was malfunctioning we were pulling the door it didn’t open we knocked people looked but no one move. We started to walk away but people were inside so i tried again. Finally a worker came to open the door. He said it was open but soon realized it had a problem. I went to order while i was ordering he was talking so he didn’t hear the order he asked again and when i went to tell him he told me to stop talking…i was taken back by this comment i was telling you my order..i do the order got my food and left…smf i did like the pizza but could do without the attatude.

Like the other comment complaining about you guys closing early on Saturday instead of 10 like it says here and on your window you guys are doing the same in the morning. Its 12:39 on a Saturday as i type this and your downtown location is still closed. I agree with the other person, if you’re going to close early and open late, change the damn hours

The pizza is ok, not bad, not amazing. The slices are big but it’s expensive for what it is (paid $7.5 for a slice).
