I have never posted a bad review but I’ve also never been treated so horribly. Worst experience ever! Placed a take-out order and my husband was given the wrong food which was noticed at home. Over the phone, the manager stated the person’s name and the incorrect order then refused to refund the two subs out of a $60 order or even give credit for them for a different day. She required us to return the incorrect food before she would resolve any issue, regardless that it was error the restaurant’s error. It shouldn’t be relevant, but I live too far away to return it today with a newborn at home and can’t eat the incorrect food due to allergies.

I eat here quite often. It was different this weekend. And I was so disappointed. I ordered 3 large Spaghetti and meatballs. The containers weren’t even half full. It barely had sauce in the Spaghetti. I spent $47.58. I called to let them know and they offered to give me more sauce. And I didn’t want more sauce, I wanted my money back. I’m hoping it was just a fluke because I love the food there.

The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Their pizza is delicious. Their cheesesteaks are pretty good too. I’ve dined in numerous times and gotten carry out a handful of times and I’ve never once had any issues. I had it again today after almost a year and forgot how good their pizza is.

Always had great experience and quality until today!!!! Even called to complain….. no kind of apology just tried saying these pizzas were cooked at the same time and to drive my 20 minutes back in order to get a new one!

Usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is the second time in a month the pizza came out looking like it was thrown in the box with cheese and topping everywhere but on the pizza. Very unhappy that this keeps happening.

If you go on Karoke night you will never get served !!! The blonde pony tail waitress lied & said the booth I seated myself in was reserved for 8 people & I had to get up !!! The audacity of this rude employee !!! I told her I didn’t see a reserved sign & refused to get up !!! She was just a downright bully !!! I asked two other waitresses & they said it was first come first serve & no reservations !!!

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak without Mayo because I am allergic. It was still Mayo on it and my steak was salty! I never had issues with Sals until last night. Now I’ve taken off work due to vomiting from the Mayo!!

I’ve had the pizza several times and it’s decent for the area however this review is about the wings. They are horrible. No flavor. Cooked way too softly. I have them in my airfryer now trying to make them edible. Yuk.

I ordered a couple slices and some garlic bread. After about 40 mins I walked to the counter to asked how much longer. Come to find out they didn’t even start our order yet. The lady says it should be like 5 mins or so it’s real fast. Well if that’s the case wouldn’t you have realized that you haven’t brought us our food after 40 mins. The place only had 3 tables dining in to include my table. Not even an apology or hey here take the slices for waiting 40 mins for something she says should only take 5 mins. Unprofessional and I will never be returning. Oh and according to the waitress I’ll get my refund at some point.

Hey there my Kitties . Experienced a wonderful evening outing with Jim at Sal’s Pizzeria on a Thursday Night and they have Karoke. What a fun evening!! It must have been country western night, but the atmosphere was very warm and happy. Will be going back again.
