The pizza didn’t have flavor. The pizza tastes close to store bought. Texture was dry. The pizza wasn’t nasty. It just didn’t taste good. Nice size portion for pepperoni slice.

This used to be one of my go to spots for some quick big sliced pizza. Now I will never return after seeing a younger employee drop my slices of pizza on the dirty ground. He then decided to put them in the over with his barehands. This was so absolutely disgusting I had to leave immediately.

The 17 year old was raised well, and I’m not talking just educated. I want to give a great big huge applause. I praised her while I was there. This young lady should be the lead example for this generation of teenagers now. This young lady was too shelf respectful from start to finish, I did not sense one attitude from her at all never. I told her because now days you go to fast these young kids will get smart with you, be on their cell phone and just all around can be very unprofessional. You question who raised these kids?????? I do not have to question raised her, she’s going to go heights in life because just as a teenager she made me feel great you do not get that type of service anymore. If these young ladies and young men could follow her role, she’s a generation changer. Way to go. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really can’t even put in words how great she was like she literally had me speechless. I gave up on fast food because a lot of these new generation kids don’t value or respect nothing anymore but she proved me totally wrong.

I waited 40 minutes for my pizza. When I received it, it was cold and the grease had soaked through the box. The entire time I sat and waited the employees bickered with one another, and were throwing tantrums (throwing gloves on the floor, throwing fiats in the air, etc). Not a single one smiled at us or gave a real human interaction. They were clearly preoccupied with whatever mood they were in than their own job. I work in customer service, I understand it’s hard, but no one else gets to throw a tantrum and fight instead of doing their job.

This place has the same concept as Italian Delight. Italian Delight was the best and my family ate there for decades.

This is difficult for me to leave this review since I worked here in the 80’s and 90’s. First, the food, it’s still good but they do need more sauce on the pizza, it was dry. My issue is the lack of service and manners. I dealt with 4 different people trying to get 2 slices and a drink. Not one person said “Hello”, “May I help you?” “What would you like?”, I did get a “what do you want?” When it was time to pay the guy just held out his hand. I had to ask him how much I owe. An overall poor experience. Sad they have very little customer service. Nick, help your employees to do better, I know you can.
