I love going to Sals. I was hesitant to leave a review because I didn’t want our spot to be to get crowded! It’s a small shop, the owner waits on you and works very hard. They may forget something, but the food comes out fast and it’s delicious EVERYTIME. It is also BYOB so it’s much less expensive than all the other spots in the area. Highly recommended!

In town from NJ and decided to have dinner here. Everything we ordered was fantastic and reminiscent of our favorite old Italian place at home. (Even the service was excellent) Would highly recommend eating in store as delivery services can negatively impact the state of the food when it arrives. Will absolutely eat here anytime we’re close by!

I walked in and was literally the only person in the whole restaurant, at 7:30PM, which wasn’t a good sign.

Sals is just another pizza and cheese steak joint… However, this place is the greatest because at the same time, it’s also a small and comfortable BYOB offering affordable Italian dinners that come with bread and a small salad. (Old school) From time to time, they also offer homemade special dinners from their old family recipes!

Ordered from Doordash. Chicken Francaise, mozzarella sticks, Caesar salad, and an Arnold Palmer. The drink was severely watered down. The salad was LIGHTLY dusted with Parmesan cheese from a can and a couple of croutons. The chicken had an odd smell and taste and looked slightly pink, all while sitting in a lot of water and oil. So I basically paid $40 for mozzarella sticks. Thanks…

I’ve eaten here a few times and the food is okay but this review is about a time when I was doing a delivery. I arrived to pick up two different orders to be delivered and I found it utterly appalling that multiple staff members were trying to make me cancel the one order. I had told them about the second order and their immediate response was “you should just cancel that one” I found that so disrespectful to me and to the person I was delivering to. Given this I would have given this review a one star review. The only reason I didn’t was because the one cook seemed to care and attempted to keep me in the loop on when my orders would be ready. The two female staff who kept pushing for me to cancel the order couldn’t be bothered to give me any kind of time estimate and just kept pushing for the cancellation of a customers order. Before this incident I would have gladly gotten food from this establishment again but after the disrespect towards me and the customer I was picking up the order for I’m not sure I will even eat here again and I won’t be recommending them to others at this time because of this.

Skimming the Customers. Today marks the third time that this pizza place played games with their prices. First time happened at the end of the pandemic (around February 2022). They had their expired prices on their paper menu (from 2 years ago) in the store and their Covid Prices (10% add-on). No problem. Support your local businesses.

Ordered two days in a row to make sure it wasn’t just a fluke that I got a pizza where everything falls completely off when you try to pick it up…..but it happened twice. I am dissapointed.

Ordered fettucini alfredo …git a straight cream beschemel sauce…no Parmigiano, no garlic, no salt and pepper. Couldn’t get ahold of restaurant to fix issue.
