We want to spread the best salmon to everyone.
We choose and purchase salmon from difference ocean by season changes. We select the best quality salmon from Alaska, Scotland, Canada and Norway.
We take advantage of using the whole fish. We use the belly for the raw salmon dishes; the belly fat can spread all over the mouth and melt in your tongue. We use the middle portion for the main course; the thick slices of fish gives the most original taste and maintain their juiciness when cooked.

Salmon bar is as advertised: a great place to get salmon in many different forms. On a weeknight we were able to roll in, get seated, have a great meal, and not overpay. Really enjoyed the presentation and flavor of the smoked salmon and all their sushi was very nice. It’s not a place for a “fancy” dining experience but we were very happy with the end result and would likely get take out next time.

The best specialty seafood place in town. The food comes extremely quick, the staff is very friendly, and the food itself is delicious. It is amazing how many dishes you can make with salmon. We get 5 or so dishes every time we visit. I will never get tired eating here.

Had a great time dining here during the Happy Hour. Ordered the calamari rings, seaweed salad, salmon nachos and salmon roll. The salmon nacho was quite special and really tastes like nachos. The salmon roll was delicious and was my favorite. Staff is friendly, place is clean and the prices are affordable. Will be back!

A friend and I went on a Monday evening around 630 for dinner, it was a great choice. We had the salmon, roll, volcano, garlic edamame, rainbow, roll, torched, Hokkaido salmon nachos which instead of chips they use Japanese mint, tempura fried. It was absolutely delectable. Omg the nachos were incredibly crispy crunchy perfectly balanced bites. The smoked hokkaido( scallops) were soft yet charred just enough and the roe was nice n fresh. Volcano is a specialty I definitely see why it is and the rolls were typical well executed rolls. Come support this gem. The service was efficient, waiter was polite, decor is beautiful, the bathroom was clean.

Truly some of the best food I have ever tasted. Fresh and flavorful ingredients that are paired so so well. We still rave about this place all the time! Their raw salmon dishes are top notch. I recommend the salmon nachos and Salmon Bar sushi!

Absolutely amazing happy hour deals. I love the salmon volcano! Pretty much everything is good there – I go regularly enough that I’ve tried a good chunk of the menu. Beyond the volcano, I recommend the salmon nachos, the short rib, any of the sushi, and the poke bowl, if you’re there for lunch. Even the miso soup is better than you’d expect. Super cute interior, too!

This was my first time. I enjoyed pretty much everything we had. I had the Teriyaki Salmon (maybe there was a few scales still on the salmon, I can’t be sure) The fruit tea was a must. *The only negative was this one customer who felt fine judging everyone of African ancestry who entered and spoke to the single wait staff about it regularly. This was not the restaurants fault, but really the only negative. 8/10 I would return.
