Not sure about the person with 1 star but every time I’ve gone the food was delicious and fresh. Ana ice now taken at least 3 people. The staff is extreme nice and they are generous with the food. I’m so Happy to see a good meal restaurant in South Dekalb. Tonight I’ll us grubhub for the first time to see of they delivery timely. Tyrus the chef.

Imagine placing an order or dining in only to realize that the last repast you attended had much better food. This is the only and best way to get you to understand why you should just turn around now and never look back. This was absolutely horrible….all of it… turkey stiff wings, hardbread, mushy mush Lima beans, elbow noddles with cheese sauce, under cooked peppercorn collards.. Restaurant business is not designed for everyone.

I love this place!!! Best fried chicken, beef ribs and Mac n cheese in town. I eat here often and everyone that works here is NICE! No attitudes or disgruntled employees. They all want to be at work to service their customers. I’m trying to get me a Plate right now and just realized they closed 10 min ago…the disappointment is real right now. I want my Sally Mae plate!!!

I had a taste for veggies. Placed an order for turnips, Mac and cheese with rice and Lima beans. Well the turnips came out the can. I didn’t get Lima beans, instead they gave me black eyed peas with yellow rice. The rice was hard and the peas was horrible along with the entire plate. Please find another place to eat.

The food was waayyyy to salty. The establishment was clean. The lady taking orders who also works at Walmart was not FRIENDLY to anyone. I will try again and provide an update.

Been here 3 times and the first experience was ok but the second the good old tea old just horrible smh and the 3rd time was a disaster my rice was hard the chicken dry and could barely eat it. Tried to support but I’ll go to eatz on ponce

Don’t know where ms.sally Mae is but she needs to come run her Kitchen flies all over the food Mash potatoes Full of salt porkchops cook in old fish gease.and it was greasey and full of fish grease and salt.my 2nd time going I thought maybe they’ve got better but it’s still the same now I know why I didn’t go back….and the people with the 5 STARS MUST BE THOSE KIDS WORKING AT THE FRONT….CHILDREN……..I WILL NEVER GO BACK I TOLD THE KID BOUT THE FLIES THEY SAID WE KNOW.YOU KNOW!!!WHY YOU HAVEN’T COVERED IT UP………NEVER AGAIN…..SALLYMAE YOU BETTER GO SEE BOUT YOUR KITCHEN……
