Seating is limited, but food is amazing. Their short ribs were a little too well done, but still tasted good. Their brisket pho, shrimp noodles and spicy chicken teriyaki were all very good. Quantity of food is on the lesser side, though it was plenty for my family.

Sleepy service, poor food quality, and when we asked why it was like this they didn’t give any satisfactory answer, yet the restaurant was damn near empty. Manager was so rude.

Delicious halal Cham food! There aren’t many places like these in WA that cater to halal options. The beef pho was flavorful, very similar to the Indonesian style Bat So. We also got short ribs which were packed with flavor, and grilled shrimp which was also delicious. Chicken satay was my personal favorite, definitely would recommend trying it! The place itself is cozy, sort of cafe-like style. If there’s a crowd though it does get cramped. Can’t wait to go back and try out other options!

Thank you for catering for us. Food was plenty and delicious. Salima the owner was so kind though they open late on Fridays she was able to make our food before their opening. She made suggestions and everyone loved the food. We will be catering with them again for sure!

A wonderful new addition for a great cuisine in South of Seattle. Food was great and tasty. Portions were adequate. Prices reasonable too. My favorite dish there must be the oxtail soup. Had it once in Jakarta and I loved it.

After hearing about Salima Specialties from the South Seattle Emerald’s spotlight, we decided to swing by for takeout and found quick, friendly service; a warm, community-oriented atmosphere; and AMAZING food. Honestly, we were blown away by everything we ordered.

The lamb curry is one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while. Also got the wings that were good. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Usually when you are getting ready to move away, you only go to your old favorites. But I stumbled upon Salima, where I drive past every day, and had to try. PHENOMENAL. So much so after one beautiful meal this IS our ‘old favorite’ and we will be returning as many times as possible before we leave the area. From the vegetarian and chicken satay banh mis to the lassis to the (my personal favorite) taro fries, matched with excellent service at pickup, they’ve got a good thing going here. Will be trying more off the menu tomorrow! Thanks again!
