This place is delicious. Staff is friendly. A long drive thru line? yes. Is it worth the wait? Absolutely. I have fried scallops with garlic butter sauce and wings with cheese sauce. 10 out of 10 for sure. I tried the calamari last time I went and they were a little too over cooked for me.

First, the drive thru took forever. You’d think they were actually cooking the food fresh like they claim. Well, no. I paid $6.99 for a side of fries (idk why I spent $7 on fries). They were the soggiest fries I’ve ever had. They were literally wet. I opened them right away to eat one of the way home, because who doesn’t. It’s not like they sat on my counter for awhile. I ordered a Greek salad with lamb. They forgot the lamb. This was my first and last experience. I called to talk to someone and they put me on hold for a long time that I hung up. The staff was fine otherwise and the gyro was fine. I prefer Truly Greek or some other place.

Ordered food online, went inside to pick it up. They had just handed my food to the wrong person who gave it back and they were trying to hand it to me. I told them i would not accept food opened by another customer. They took the food to the back, a guy with no gloves on, moved the food to another tray and brought it back out. When I told them that we saw them in the back. All of the cooks in back started laughing and the guy quickly put gloves on. This I’d so disappointing and unacceptable.

Salem’s Fresh Eats left a rather sour taste in my mouth during my recent visit. The staff’s behavior was nothing short of disappointing. The ladies manning the drive-thru displayed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. After shutting the window in my face and disappearing for what felt like an eternity, it was evident that courtesy was not high on their agenda.

Waited a good 20 minutes in drive thru, then they moved me to the drive-thru waiting spot then took another 30 minutes before my food came out. The food was disgusting, the gizzards taste old and was not crispy. The scallops tasted mushy. Will not be going there again. We will not be going back, we got sick, after the first couple of bites.

I ordered extra sauce on my gyro and paid for extra sauce and this is what I got…the bread is not even damp…I was on my lunch break rushing…but if yall are gonna charge for extra sauce please add sauce….and I had to ask for napkins.

It’s always nice to get unexpected service in fast food. The selections are great, the staff is very friendly and brought the meals to the table. A bit pricey, but still worth the trip.

The staff have very difficult to understand speaking English, no problem with Spanish. Bring your own condiments. Manager guy is funny a lady customer was giving attitude so he gave it right back to her . I got the #3 combo: grilled tilapia fish and shrimp with rice and sweet tea. The fish is delicious , the shrimp I dislike because it was spicy as heck ☠️. Had to drown the shrimp with ketchup which made me dislike my meal even more and eat some salad to cool my mouth off, ranch dressing is good. Mother and Uncle got fried chicken strips and they were good normal, non-spicy chicken. The fries are like every other restaurant. The side items you can add on seem pricey but you get a lot so it’s worth it, with leftovers.

The food was Luke warm and dried out gyro meat. Dirty restaurant, I even had to wipe the table myself. Amr the “manager” was rude and quite frankly I wish I had read the recent reviews before eating here as I would have made a different choice. I asked for a partial refund because the gyro was so dry I could not eat it. I brought it up with the receipt and two small bites out of it and he started yelling at me that we sat in the restaurant too long to not pay for the food I could not even get down. I had like warm fries and tea for dinner…. I will never be back and will be emailing corporate to take notice of the mismanagement of a usually great chain. Ive never had these problems at other locations. I still can’t believe I was forced to pay for a sandwich that bad but as empty as the restaurant was at dinner time im sure they need every penny from lack of sales.
