I just came to this location across the street from where I live and I was disappointed with how much food they gave me (for the same price!) and I really am not greedy when it comes to food but I definitely notice the difference between this location and other ones. The ladies who were working there also did not come across friendly at all. I won’t be coming back here in the future, I would rather go to another location even if it’s a farther drive.

Nice restaurant. Very bright & impeccably clean. This was a first time visit. I chose a small spring mix. You able to have them add as many toppings as you like. I added eggs & spicy chicken for protein. A small amount of ginger lemon dressing. My initial thought was I will never be able to eat all of it. It was light and so good I ate almost all of it. In the future I would get the croutons on the side. All of the other toppings would have been fine to save for later. I had Chinese unsweetened black tea, it was really good. My hubby had the white bean soup and whole wheat croissant he enjoyed both. I will definitely go back before I leave Houston.

Everytime I dine in here the food is nice and fresh, only complaint I had before was that the men’s single restroom door would not lock. I called the other day to have this issue fixed before my next visit and they said the door does lock.

Great, clean restaurant. Greeting immediately upon entering. The staff was friendly and made some good recommendations since I had not been there before. Very clean and good variety of teas and juices. Could get real busy during lunch. They have a good sized section for online orders so that’s a solid option.

I am absolutely disgusted. I have been here several times and have had no issues. I found a long black piece of hair in my food immediately after opening my salad. I didn’t even take one bite. I only have an hour lunch so I cannot drive back. I am hungry, disappointed and disgusted. Please do better

Generally, I always like this place. This location does not have that yummy small and soft ice, though. The croissants are delicious, as are the selection of options. I never get a protein added because I think cold meat is kinda gross, but their other toppings are wonderful and I love the herb vinaigrette.

Honestly, the food is alright but they’re VERY STINGY with how much food they’re willing to serve you. Barely any lettuce or add ons. And with pita chips they’re the worst at this – 4 pita chips at most! I’ve been to several other locations and that’s never been an issue for me. Only here have I experienced this. Get more out of your money and go to another Salata location!

Food is great but service isn’t. This is the third time I place an online order with plenty of time before I picked up, just to find out the order wasn’t ready when I arrived. I had to wait another 15 minutes to receive my order which I had place at least 40 minutes ago.
