I was pleasantly surprised by such great sushi in a small town! The food was perfect. We had 3 sushi rolls, spring rolls, dumplings and rice. Everything was delicious, fresh and quickly assembled. The service was fantastic. Atmosphere lacked the kitschy look you’d find in most sushi restaurants and the outside needs some serious help, but I’m not there for that. I’m there for the great food and I definitely WILL return. 10/10 would recommend.

It was excellent! Huge portions, fresh and hot! The vegetables zucchini onions and broccoli in the Hibachi Steak & Shrimp was excellent! The White Yum Yum sauce and Ginger Sauces were my favorites! Price was perfect! Will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Was out of town and wanted some Japanese food and they were the only ones not busy… I see why now; when you go in ordering food and next thing you know you’re getting some extra protein that you didn’t ask for to join your plate (roach), never a pleasant experience. I killed the roach, brought it to the lady working the register and all she did was say “ew that’s gross” but didn’t once offer to remake or even refund a portion of my money. Lost my appetite as well as the people I was with, we all discarded the rest of our food and drinks! I ensured that I didn’t make a scene so that way they didn’t lose any further business but I’ll make sure I won’t be going back again!

Average fast food atmosphere. They put to much zucchini and not enough other vegetables. So sometimes good sometimes not. Girls up front are courteous. We like to support small business. But speak out when something isn’t correct. Take care y’all

I go here at least once a week. I always get a express bowl of chicken and it’s always good. I usually have my food within minutes of ordering. You can eat for less than 10 dollars and the people are always nice. Highly recommend if you want your basic habachi and sushi.

Southern hospitality is not dead! I had walked to this restaurant from a nearby rv park in 95 degree heat…very hot and sweaty when I arrived. I ordered and then realized I had left my wallet in the rv! I’m sure I looked devastated….the young woman server instantly said. “Don’t worry about it, we’ll pay! Wow…wouldn’t happen back home in florida. I called back when I had my card and they wouldn’t take payment…just told me to accept the blessing. Eat here and reward these folks. Btw, food was great too!

Wonderful sushi, amazing rice bowls (she got steak, I got chicken)! Right as my fiance and I said “Happy anniversary” to each other, My Heart Will Go On came on over the radio in the restaurant. For a former Waffle King turned into a fine Japanese restaurant, this place has some real magic in it.
