sushi was absolutely amazing the portion sizes were very good, cute little atmosphere and the hibachi was amazing. 10/10 recommend to any sushi lover. Also highly recommend the Pontiac roll and the Godzilla roll.

Some of the best sushi in Michigan (and I’ve been to so many sushi restaurants!). Sakura has amazing Hibachi rice as well. This place is a great find. Really good service too!

We order from here all the time through doordash and occasionally come in to eat. We work busy schedules, but Sakura is always consistent and never a let’s us down. Have been coming hereor 3 years. Highly recommend

So glad to finally have a sushi restraunt here in South Lyon! Price wise they are middle of the road with nothing outrageously expensive or questionably cheap. Quality was good, though too much sauce on the special rolls for my taste. While miso is hard to mess up very few places around here do it so well. It was flavorful with a wonderful balance of salty to sweet and fresh ingredients. While sushi is rarely something where portion size is a factor, I have to say they pack their rolls! I’m looking forword to going back!

Wonderful restaurant. I was very intrigued when I heard we were finally getting a Sushi/Hibachi style food place. Just fyi it’s sit down, not actual Hibachi grill, but that doesn’t matter IMO. The food is still top quality and delicious. I love this place. I HIGHLY recommend the noodle dishes. You’ll get a good meal whether you choose steak or chicken with it. And the staff has always been very nice to me. I always try and stop by if I’m rolling back through the Home Town for work or whatnot.

Sorry to say, but the hibachi steak used to be so freaking good and tasty. But the past few times has been a let down. Couldn’t chew it all the way and spit it out. For 30 bucks on door dash, this is my last time I try. Gave 2 stars because I really like the owners since day 1.
