Worst Japanese food and terrible service. First, I had to call twice; I was put on hold immediately both times. I phoned from inside my work, and my GPS stated a 6-minute drive. I was on hold the entire time, and I walked in still on hold. The girl at the counter gave me a lot of excuses which were all very unprofessional. The place had 2 customers in it – that’s it! After waiting 25-minutes for our food, it was of poor quality, if was small amounts, and it was not what we ordered. The Hibachi steak and shrimp wasn’t Hibachi at all, just grilled. The Hibachi steak was little tid bits as if you were feeding a child bites or even your pet, and it was cooked medium-well instead of medium-rare. The rice was just steamed rice, no egg, nothing. The vegetables were only onions, and the salad was so chintzy it was pathetic. The Hibachi chicken also ordered was not hibachi, and they were miserly with the chicken. You could tell the food was of cheap and poor quality. They charged me the wrong prices as well. My friend and I will never go back, and I cannot recommend this place.

This is the worse place I have ever ate. I ordered six trays, four of them was wrong. I waited in the restaurant for 45 MINUTES for them to correct my order. With trust, I did not check after I was told that my order was corrected. I preceded to go to my car with my carry out order, to be chased down by a staff member telling me that I once again had the wrong order that they gave me someone else’s order. I then go back to the restaurant to pick up what I was told to be the correct order, again. I get home to be surprised that it was not the right food again. We eat here quite a bit with family and co-workers. The food has slowly gotten worse. Today was the last straw when we got take out and our chicken and shrimp were both grey and rubbery. The steak tasted like what dog food smells like. Somehow the rice was even bad, tasted like lighter fluid. The salad was covered in brown and the lettuce was obviously bad. Threw our food out. The building looks like it hasn’t been cleaned good in forever. The walls have layers of crust and yuck on them.

This meal was terrible. Almost $30 for this dinner plate of Teriyaki Chicken and Steak that comes with Salad (didn’t even get that), Chicken (tasted like rubber) and Steak and Soup (both of these were ok), with rice and noodles (both was overcooked), and vegetables (mainly onions). side order of Shrimp (was like hard plastic) and the broccoli came with it (it was burnt). Asked specifically for Ranch dressing for the salad (didn’t get) and 3 cups of white sauce (the cups were very small). The Teriyaki sauce looked like Jelly.

I’ve been to this location multiple times & I always order the same thing (hibachi chicken, hibachi chicken & rice). I usually don’t have a problem other than occasionally waiting an extra 20-30 minutes past the time the food should be done. But today was the last straw for me. I get home & the plates were only half full. I’ve never received a plate like this & I order here often. Instead of trying to make it right, they argue with me over the phone. I tried to ask for a refund but the guy kept saying that’s a full plate over & over. I did not want to drag my kid back out & drive 15 minutes just for them to look at my plates. Will never be ordering from this restaurant again. Very unprofessional

I dined in on Friday night with 2 others. Our service was great! I have no complaints concerning service. My food was horrible! I will never go back, we felt like we wasted money on this meal. The noodles in the soup were so hard, soup was dark brown, medium steak was crispy with chuncks of fat, shrimp had no taste. It was very disappointing, only good thing was the excellent service from the waitress staff.
