I came to visit Houston from Denver and had very high expectations for this place due to their high star rating. I ordered the Love Box B which was $48 but when I opened the bag it was the wrong order. I got much less sushi than what they advertised on their menu. Unfortunately I could not ask them to change anything because I was already driving back to Denver and I had paid in cash. I recommend them for next time to double check the items while they are packing rather than just sending it out.

Look, food is good but the customer service leaves much to be desired TBH. I called just to inform them that the sauce spilled into the bag and thats not the regular container that they used. The bag had a hole, the sauce then got on me and in my car and I just wanted to inform them by giving them a call and instead I got a nonchalant “okay sorry” they didn’t ask if they could make things better for next time they just quickly wanted to move on from my issue which was obviously not theirs… it sucks to be honest I didn’t care about the sauce on me or in my car just. This is the first time trying this place since I moved to Richmond. One of my close friends kept on telling me about it but I hardly ordered out. I can truly say it’s the best Asian food I have tasted so far from I moved from New York. Their customer service was excellent. I made an order and they gave me the wrong one and I called; hrs later when I went back , they gave me no problems made a shrimp and pineapple dish( which was my order instead of chicken and pineapple) and even added rice. I have to give them a five star. They are well recommended and I am happy with everything I’ve tasted so far. Great place won’t be disappointed.

We gave this place another try. Last time we came here was 2 years ago. When they 1st open the food was great and priced reasonably. We stopped going because they raised the price and the chicken and beef started tasting spongy. Well, the spongy meat still exists and this will be our last time coming here. They also have a can outside the dining seating area visable from the inside for customers to see all the cigarette buds. Not a pleasant sight. At least put that can/ash trey in the back of restaurant. We will continue going to CW (China Wall) 23730 Westheimer Pkwy, Katy, TX 77494. It’s worth the drive, because food is very good and meat is actually good meet and doesn’t taste processed or spongy. They sear the meat just right.

Meh…my first visit here. Ordered pan fried pork dumplings, eggplant and veggie lo mein. The dumplings were good except the sauce was an inferior vinegar with a few drops of soy sauce. The eggplant…I love Asian eggplant…this was overcooked, very oily with a few pepper flakes…hard pass. The lo mein? Starts with large flat over cooked noodles, decent tender crisp veggies, but BLAND. No garlic two green onions. Can’t see a second visit, too bad.

Really good food and very friendly service. The fried rice we had tasted fresh. I had the Beef with Broccoli. It was tastey and the broccoli was fresh and crunchy. Highly recommend.
