So the good quality was worth 5 stars as the fried goat was unbelievable, there was a huge portion of rice, the plantains were phenomenal and I thought the food was incredible. My issue was that the menu for the dinner prices had a line drawn through them and I was told the printed prices on the menu. We’re not the actual price. Now it’s my mistake for not asking about the price was but the fried goat was the listed for $12.50 and then when I got my bill it was over $19. I felt that a 30% hike in price, from what was shown on the menu was extreme and I wasn’t sure if I was being given the truth but I didn’t argue , paid for my food and walked out. Not sure that I would go back or at least not at this location. But definitely will be ensuring I know the price next time. they need to get their menu fixed.

specifically told the person who took my order that i wanted my griot fried soft. he told me no problem whatever i want just for me to get my food and my griot is hard. once i arrived he even repeated my order to me “your the one with the fried soft” knowing he gave me those old hard pieces that’s been sitting in the back for hours. I will just have to continue to drive up north for haitian food because this place is not it.

Ordered 2 Griot with Peas and rice. Both plates had more fat than meat and the griot was tasteless. Thanks to the pickles but once ot ran out I threw away the remaining portion. The meat was not seasoned at all. Also, the gravy for the rice had a strange taste. Unfortunately, I had poured it over a large portion of the rice so was only able to eat what did not have the gravy. My sister didn’t eat her food at all, just the salad. What a waste of money. O! And I ordered and paid for a passion fruit juice but receive a soda instead and I don’t even drink Sodas. I must say, they do give alot of food, Unfortunately, it wasn’t enjoyable at all.

The place was easy to locate, clean, and the person at the counter was pleasant on the phone and in person. However, the griot took a long time to come out (even though I ordered over the phone) and it was very underseasoned. If it wasn’t for the pickled onions spread over the meat, it would’ve had no flavor. It tasted homemade instead of professionally made. Also, it wasn’t fried as I requested. It was a lot of food, though. Overall, the food was not good enough for me to recommend

The lady up front although she was closing, she was able to take our order. The kitchen staff still managed to complete our orders and was pleasant about it!
