The restaurant features Pacific regional influence that truly inspires Master Sushi Chef Saito as he utlitzes fresh tropical fruits, balancing delicately with the freshest fish flown in daily to create magical rolls, sashimi that melts in your mouth, and other inspired dishes. The partners also developed an equally inspired beverage program, utilizing techniques from next door at Red Phone Booth and traditional Japanese ingredients such as shiso and yuzu. Rare Japanese whisky will be showcased, served over double reverse osmosis ice pressed into a sphere from a Taisin ice mold.

The sushi roll I had was excellent and creative. We were given a huge mound of tasty ginger (natural color, not dyed pink!) to complement our sushi, and a low sodium soy sauce option was available. Melissa J did a wonderful job at our table – exactly attentive enough, not hovering but seemed to know when she should stop by and ask if we needed something. The chef came out and spoke at every table while we were there. The dessert, matcha cheesecake with a blueberry swirl, was delicious and the slice was twice the size that we’d been expecting. Highly recommended!

This is another Hidden Gem! Literally because it looks small from outside. When you walk in TADAAA!!!! Amazing!! Beautiful restaurant, amazing servers. My sister and I were blessed to meet the owner himself. He is very humble, cool and just an overall Awesome person and MASTER chef. Let’s not forget this beautiful dish prepared for my sister and me. I Almost ate the flower Lol! (Although I was told some people eat the flowers too) Dumplings were good too. A must visit!!! BY Far My Favorite

My boyfriend and I went here for a nice dinner night, and it was amazing! The atmosphere was very fitting and beautiful. The service was also very nice. Our bartender was super friendly and the food was above expectations. Pricey, but worth every penny!

Atmosphere is really elegant and beautiful. We had some cocktails, seaweed salad, and sushi. I had the OMG roll and OMG it was good. The owner/chef also stopped by our table and asked how everything was. I will definitely be back.

We were looking for a hip cool place to have some cocktails and apps before our dinner elsewhere. Saito had just opened so the place was pretty empty which made great for pictures. The ceiling is just breathtaking. We sat at the bar which had plugs for charging your phone. We ordered hamachi sashimi and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. We each order the blue pea lavender martini that changes colors, super cool and very delicious. Then we tried green tea highball – very unique and refreshing. We had the yumi yumi roll and it lived up to its name. They also have a nice balcony with tables. Our server was amazing; she was the bartender and really nice to speak with and was very knowledgeable with great recommendations. Then the owner walks in so we got a chance to meet him. Go for apps and drinks or a full dinner, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend and we will def be back.

They will bring omakase all at once, not in a traditional way where the chef makes individual items over a period of time. The atmosphere should have been great, but speakers went full blast deafening at one point.

Absolutely amazing sushi! Truly exceeded my expectations. Beautiful restaurant ambiance as well. Not a lot of outside seating in downtown Atlanta but fortunately there is a small outdoor patio here.

Had one of the best rainbow rolls ever. Edemame, seaweed salad, and spring rolls were excellent. Their blueberry and Macha cheesecake was superb. Washed everything down with a Nipppn Old Fashion. If you are in downtown Atlanta, I highly recommend a visit.

Took myself on a date here and had a great time. The atmosphere was intimate and the staff that I encountered were all very personable. Hailey was my bartender/waitress and was phenomenal. She was well versed on the beverage menu and served up custom cocktails which tasted as good as they looked. She was also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and offered great recommendations on places to go afterwards.
