I had their fried pickles and for the first time EVER, I was impressed! I’m used to getting something soggy or greasy with the dill flavor almost gone. Saint Bibiana does ‘em right! Thin, light, crisp with good dill flavor. All that I ever wanted since I first heard of fried pickles a decade ago. Left wondering how they cracked the code. Good beer and other snacks too. The appetizer sampler is a good value. Thanks! I’ll be back!

Loved everything about this Brady Street spot. Our food was excellent and came quickly (it wasn’t too busy when we were there). Terrific service and a great vibe. So many items on the breakfast menu that we can’t wait to try. This is the sort of fun place you’d expect to find on Brady Street.

The food was amazing and so beautiful! Such friendly people that work here! Came in on a Wednesday morning and we even got extra hash browns on the house! Food comes out super quick too had plenty of time to enjoy. 10/10 love this place!!

Stopped in here with some friends for a burger which I was told was one of the best. Damn are they good. This is the best way I can sell it to: my friend who is mainly vegetarian will make an exception for Bibs’s burger. It’s that good.

Saint Bibiana was really insanely busy when we arrived! Nevertheless, Sophia, our wait person, handled like a pro. Because of this, the service was slower, but this is not a knock on the restaurant … just poor timing on my part. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the hamburgers, which included fries, were superb!!! I will make a return visit soon.

First the nightlife: excellent place for great service! Every bartender, bar back, security/door, and even the manager…..all the way through best service ever! Also reasonable priced drinks, great vibes and music to dance to!

We went for a Sunday brunch and the place was moderately full. We ordered a couple of mimosa and fried pickles. For entrees we ordered two burgers- Bibiana burger and the thing 1 burger. Both of them were really good but we loved the Bibiana burger more. It was cooked fresh. Even the fries that accompanied the burger were perfectly seasoned. The pocket pinch for two was 34$ for us. Will recommend this place for burgers!!

Really a bad experience all around. 7 of us went there for dinner for my daughter’s birthday. Place was not busy at all. AFTER most of the food comes out, and 15 minutes after the order, they tell my wife they don’t have tortilla shells so she needs to order something else. My mother in law was still waiting for her food. After my wife gets her replacement option we ask about the order for my mother in law since she had not received it yet. They forgot to make it. The server apologized up and down and said they were going to take a bunch off our bill. Then she sort of disappeared like it was just too much to deal with. When bill came it was messed up. They had to run it again. Nothing was taken off. Was happy to be done so we left without saying anything. Later found out we were charged twice. Had to contact my credit card to fix it. I don’t think anything was intentional but what a pain!! Food was fine. Better burgers to be had in Milwaukee though.

St Bibs as locals call it, is simply the absolute best Burger on Brady, if not the entire City. But i don’t stop there because other items on the menu also beyond satisfactory like the Hog n hash and the chicken sandwich called The Thing.
