This was the first and last time we will go to this restaurant. We had reservations for 5:30, when we got there we went to check in for our reservation the only waitress for the restaurant said “Oh, well I didn’t know that.” When we arrived most of the restaurant was empty, “luckily” the reservation wasn’t needed. We ordered shortly after arriving, a salad, spaghetti, and a pizza. Then we waited for 1 hr and 15 minutes for the side salad to come. We then waited 30 more minutes to get any more food, which we only got because we stood in the kitchen demanding our food. When we got the food it was next to inedible; the pasta sauce tasted like ketchup, and the pizza was served in a pizza box and was lukewarm at best. The service was inattentive, in her defense 4 tables is a lot to handle by yourself, please note the sarcasm. All in all, I would give 0 stars if I could.

The pizza was excellent and the restaurant, including the restrooms were clean. The bottom of the crust had some crispness but was still soft and light. The sauce was good. The toppings all tasted fresh, and overall, this was one of the best pizzas I’ve had.

Nice spot. We were in the area for an afternoon drive and were lucky to find this spot. I would definitely recommend the lasagna (big hearty & tasty), the Italian sausage & fried provolone cheese (appetizer were the bomb).

Found Sainato’s while exploring Cleveland and we are glad that we did! Sat outside…service was great, appetizers and food were great. Finished it off with a pistachio cheesecake which was also great! We enjoyed everything here from the service to the atmosphere. Will be back!

Has a patio but we ate inside. Went around 1:30 and not many people at that time, but could have been a fluke. One of us built their own pasta with alfredo sauce, broccoli and mushrooms, the other had the meat lasagna. Both were delicious, with large portions- we only managed about half of what was served. If you like to order one dish and share, this is a good place for that. Service was good, prices on the mark, no complaints.

Worst Italian food experience. Pesto pasta was dip in 2 cups of oil instead of pasta sauce and no pesto was there. Place was super empty.

They provided breakfast this morning for the KAYAKER’s for the blazing river event. It was excellent. It was hot crispy fresh flavorful and served with a smile. Coffee was good. The line moved fast. I definitely want to go back and try more of their food and hospitality. Thank you for your support of the kayakers

Came before the Tribe game. They have happy hour specials. The calamari and meatballs were good. The small pizza is ok. Toppings were good, the crust was a little doughy. I’ll have to try a NYC style slice next time.

Place wasn’t busy no one sitting at the bar just a lot of people standing in front of the bar occupying the area from allowing customers to sit down to order. Once seated I asked the bar tender for a beer and to look at the menu. She hands over the menu and look it over and am served a beer. Bar tender asks what will be having? I told her I will do an order of the chicken piccata and calamari with a soup and salad. Bartender very rudely says DUDE! We don’t have a cook you can only order pizza and wings! I told her I will just finish this beer and will leave. I didn’t come to an Italian restaurant to eat pizza and wings and be referred to as dude. I would say this place needs more than a cook.
