I’m very picky when it come to my pho broth, this is definitely hand down the best broth I’ve had in the Greater Seattle Area. They have the perfect amount of noodles/meat/broth ratio. Thus far, I’ve have no complaints.

Ordered the Special Pho (Beef Combination pho) as my main dish and Fresh Spring Rolls as my appetizer. The Spring Rolls had a good amount of bite to it and the peanut sauce compliment it well. On the other hand, the Pho was mediocre. The broth was darker than usual and I wish it had more flavor. It’s a bit bland but I’m not oppose to coming back to try different dishes. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

This is my second time here, they make amazing Pho and Bahn Mi. The place is spacious and the crew are nice. I really recommend their Bahn Mi!

I ALWAYS order their Banh Mi special. But saw orders of spring rolls that looked amazing. The garnish with sweet Thai basil that I love. Please know they can get very busy at times with dine-in and takeout orders, so please be patient – it’s that good!

If you are a fan of the OG Vietnamese Pho soup, come check it out. This is my favorite spot on the way back from Steven’s pass. There is always plenty of parking in front and it never gets crowded to the point that you have to wait. The food is fresh and tastes delicious! This folks here are very welcoming and take a really good care of you. You get your food so fast even if it’s 60% full inside. I highly recommend this little restaurant to all!

Amazing food. Doesnt feel rushed. Almost homey in a way. The owners and cooks seem to really care about the food and customer service isnt annoying in the slightest. Clean surfaces. Every table is near spotless. It feels like they truly care.

Ok food — though not the tastiest Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. The service was quick, the place is clean, and the prices are reasonable I had G3 — the Grilled chicken Nungó in a bowl of vermicelli, vegetables, with a small bowl of beef broth.

We took our pho order to go in the afternoon but when we came home five minutes later the broth was lukewarm and couldn’t even cook the beef. This threw off the pho flavors for me since I had to microwave it and this is the second time that is has happened that way. Will be trying other pho places in Monroe because this is not the ONE for us unfortunately.
